yes he definitely would...I actually don't blame Kashaf at all for her confusion and insecurity...like she wrote in her diary...she knows Zaroon and his family aren't like her dad and his family but she has seen so much for being a daughter, suffered so much...so it does make sense that she is kind insecure and confused...just hope she tells it to Zaroon so that she can be completely relieved and be happy for being a mother of two twin girls!!
