Sorry for some very silly questions. I have lived abroad all my life (parents are Pakistani though) and don't know everything but are the minorities in Pakistan allowed to vote? And are the minorities well represented in the parliament?

I have heard and read that not all citizens of Pakistan are treated equally and hence my questions. Hope I'm not touching a sore subject.
