Laiba is sleeping, and remembers what Ashir said, and all the court stuff. Minal is in the same room, praying, and Laiba suddenly wakes up and Minal encourages her to just pray for Ashir, cuz she knows he is not the killer.

Minal, Faraz and the other lawyer are standing outside the court, and Saleena comes, and tells Minal that she still time, to withdraw the case, and Minal sayz shes going to win the case. Saleena sayz that u will see Ashir get hanged, and thats her promise. Minal promises Saleena that Ashir's next b-day's cake will b cut in his home, and she will invite Saleena to clap n sing. Everyone comes to court, and Minal questions Sikander that where did u find Ashirs fingerprints and he sayz on the drawer.....bed..n so on. Minal gives one of her pen's to Sikander and tells him that its hers, but now his fingerprints are on it..Sikander feels ashamed...Minal keeps on questioning....
Minal brings the CEO (the head police officer), and asks him that where do u put ur fingerprints file and he said in teh drawer, but the next day he went, the drawer was open. Minal asks him that didnt u doubt on the police officer? He sayz yah.and he did try to investigate, but then the next day, the police officer who changed the file was dead in an accident. Minal sayz no not in an accident, someone murdered him.
Minal asks Sikander is loving someone a crime? She tells him that just b/c Ashir loved someone else, and married someone else, does not mean that Ashir is the killer
