Happy to see you on line again SueAkka!. 😊 Hope your computer will be out of shock soon and so you can join us all in full swing again!!

Thanks for your very nice compliments & kind words on the Payasam and Thayir vada!
You are right, Payasam should have the right amount of sugar ...only then you can fully enjoy it as payasam. This Aval payasam is actually needing a less sugar - only 1/2 cup (comparing to other payasams..), so you can prepare and enjoy guilt-free! 😉 Naanum Ungala mathirithan akka, sweets-nna kollai ishtam! 😃 😳
Hope to see you soon!

Kavi, I made the brinjal curry you had posted long time ago, found it in the index section, came out really good. Thank you so much. 😊

Supree, thanks a bunch for the thayir vada. Everybody in my family enjoyed it. 😊 Next on my list is your panneer fried rice. Is it okay if I use the frozen paneer?

Have a good day.

Nitipp, Thanks a lot for your feedback. I'm so happy that it turned out well and your family enjoyed it!😃. Like Kavi had mentioned it makes you feel good when you hear some feedbacks...😊

Yeah.. go for the 'Paneer Fried Rice' Nitipp. It's perfectly okay to use frozen paneer for this recipe. Infact that's what I had used in mine... good luck!👍🏼

Welcome back Sue. Thank you for your kind words about my blog. My whole intention is to eat right and eat healthy. Not that I am against fancy dishes:-) I enjoy them too. I try to maintain a balance. Yes the bell pepper chutney can be eaten with idly/dosa/pasta etc..
