Drool panninde padikkaren. I have no idea what the lotus seeds taste or look like, but your recipe makes my mouth water. Ivlo cream paneer ellam pottappram ..just to think of it, it's gotta be mmmmm yum!

Now, I remember seeing this in the Indian stores. I even asked someone who was purchasing this the other day, whether it was some kind of semi-popped corn and she said it was "phool makhana". She said she uses it in kheer or some kind of sweet?! May be I don't remember very well, but Jazz can clarify if this is used in sweet preparation as well.
