Aish ... Netz did come and pick the strawberries. But not before getting semma dose from me. Yesterday, she promised to come and meet me at my office and bring lunch and it is not home cooked. FYI, it is not easy to get food near my office, except from a nearby shack.

So my dear friend said I will get KFC and we can eat in your pantry. So imagine, it is already fixed in my mind that it is KFC today. This morning she called me, so have you brought my strawberries.

I went .. Eeeeeehhhhh .... ille. And she started to laugh and said why so cheerful today. I said, you get up so late in the morning and asking your strawberries while I am working. Of course I brought and she was supposed to turn up right?

5 mins before 12, I called her asking her if she is coming to lunch - she went what?. Ah.ah .. I overslept!! 😲😲 She was humming ah..iieee..uuu.... I said tell now, coz if not I am going out with my colleagues. Oh, let's meet tomorrow for lunch. I said nothing doing, you pick your strawberries and you can go. I am not going to meet you for lunch. You know very well, I don't like people miss appts with me and make no apology about it. 😡We were arguing - yes, no. (inge thaan dose kadichu ammavukku) She puts down the phone and 5 mins later she says she is in taxi and on the way, then the taxi driver took her all over the place, except to my office. Finally, she came 20 mins late.

Athumattamah??? .. she forgot to bring the lunch 😛 which she can get opposite her house! Ggrrr .... So what to do ? had to go to the shack to eat the food and missed KFC. Not bad the food anyway'''. Oh she paid for it as compensation.

She proudly telling me, see, I left the house within 5 mins. I said - athuthaan oru vithuma vadai adichuthe. 😳 You should have seen the look she gave me standing in middle of the lane. 🤣

Both Vinod and his mother must be flabbergasted at the way she rushed out of the house like it was on fire. She made the poor mil to go out and stop the first taxi.

Nevermind, I forgive her this time, Pillai working night shift and her stress relief is updating kalyanam.
