Uffff U and ur Chicken! 😆😆 Agreed Ilish Maachh stinks up the whole house but its a delicacy like caviar that we Bengalis can kill for! 😆

Yeah I forgot Beguni , Peyanji and Fuluri! Good, I made u hungry for some Besan Bhaja now! 😆

Easy to make, just mix besan with baking pdr, salt, chili pdr, jeera pdr, chaat masala and kalonji. Mix well to form batter.

Dip long slices of baingan and deep fry till golden.

For peyanji, slice onions and green chillis, drop in batter and fry heaped tablespoons in hot oil till crisp on both sides.
