Yeah, I know she and Eijaz were offered the main roles in Khwahish! But Eiju refused as he wanted rest for some months and Neha refused as her parents wouldnt allow her to stay in Dubai for so long and she would miss Maayka shooting too! 😭 😭

Isnt it sad? We could have seen Neha and Eju together onscreen? 😭 😭 😭

Yeah Neha was offered the main lead of Khwahish with Eijju, but she refused cause of her family, and later Eijju also refused to work.

I also want to see Eijaz and Neha together in some show.

let me paste it from the article..

The Creative Director Nivedita Basu quotes, "This serial is about a 'Today's Girl'. We did not have much to work on Cultures as many things are similar. An Indian working woman is the same as a working woman there. The only difference is the language and the ambience. The time slot of 7.30pm was chosen so that we could reach the smaller towns where people are at home by this time." When asked about Iqbal Khan not being a part of this project, Nivedita was quick to answer, "Sumeet has not replaced Iqbal Khan. Iqbal's role is now given to a Pakistani Actor as we wanted Pakistani flavour in the show."

Eijaz was offered the main lead, and Iqbal was offered another role which now is played by Pakistani Actor.

Sumeet Sachdev dies in this series i think.. 😕
