So-called Sarkaar

I am sorry to say that the so-called Sarkaar looks any thing but that. He has such an ugly face and sinister eyes that he looks more of a ruffian than a king. Besides, the dress he has been provided with makes him look like the durbaan of a Grade 3 restaurent.
It would be better if the actor and his dress both are changed.
