Summary:
Vishnu, lakshmi, Raji and Karthi at the canteen, talk about Lakshmi's mom's health. All of them advice her to face it bravely and also praise Vishnu for the way he is handling it.
Vishnu tells Lakshmi's mom about the disease in a very positive way.
Karthi thanks Angel for her help.
Raji moves in with Karthi .. enter the house together and boil milk
Raji cooks dinner and all of them leave...

L is crying in the canteen. Raji, Vishnu and Karthi are consoling her. Lakshmi gets wild and says u will realize only when ur mom gets it. She is very emotional and thinks that their advice is all fake. Raji tells her that she should keep a calm face and that they will never leave her when she is facing a problem. Raji talks a lot of sense and says we can face together. Karthi advises and says you should be a brave face. Vishnu says, dont think about y it happened. Just think about how to solve the problem.Lakshmi is afraid that there is no medicine for cancer. Lakshmi is afraid that she might lose her mom.. and is getting irritated with Vishnu. Vishnu says that he might be a comedian but can understand. Raji and karthi says that we need a 2 pronged solution. 1 - to get a good doc and 2 to give her the confidence
L is concerned about how to tell her mom. Raji says, the best solution is with Vishnu. He can take this challenge very well and also give a nice solution to it without getting tense. Raji says she will speak to her chittappa who is a doc and leaves. Karthi gets a call from US and leaves. Vishnu and L are alone. L says, "Dont leave now.. Sorry...Dont be angry with me. " Vishnu feels and says he will never leave her, and completely understands her situation.
L V hold hands... A very nice emotional well -played out scene.
L makes dosas for her mom. Her mom jokes saying, Looks like I have a big disease... L says she has night shift and has to go only in the night. Vishnu comes home and jokes about L's dosas... L's mom talks about her young age... L shows her face asking V to break the news to her mom. L's mom asks if she has a serious disease. V says its not a serious issue... Vishnu jokes saying that the doc is bothered that he will not be able to give a hefty bill... V tries to downplay the issue... saying Cancer is not a big issue but a malformation of cells.
L's mom tries to be serious to get the information out. V says that even if its cancer, only in movies its uncurable issue. She needs to undergo a surgery and chemotherapy to solve the issue.
V: "Naan doc kitta sollitten... Neenga kattura pudhu hospitalukku naanga basementukku paisa kudukka mattom"
Vishnu finally says, she has initial stage cancer and that is completely curable (300% curable). V says " Chennai maanagarla sila pala doctora vazha vekka vendi irukku... Vaazha vaipom"
L's mom is happy and says, the way he says it, it looks like a simple issue.
Vishnu and L share a very nice moment. L thanks him for breaking the news in a nice way and that she respects him now...Vishnu says mental strength is the most important in any disease.
Vishnu says he is vasool raja MBBS :)
V says L requires mental treatment since she is more afraid now. More romantic conversations follow and also trying to quell her fears... L holds his hand... Vishnu says, instead of thanking me so much, u can give me a hug and kiss.. She says she is ready for him to do that... Vishnu comes near her and finally stops short...saying he didnt come prepared...
Angel and karthik in the reception area. K feels that A is trying to avoid her.. A says he is trying to avoid her since she does not want her thanks with all the emotion.. She feels its an embarrassing issue and hence does not want it to happen. She is very stable... saying she did it to save her friend. Angel says her family knows that she is in love with K... and finally accepts his thanks.
VL in K's house. Vishnu is irritated about K's settling in life... Lakshmi tries to kalachufy him. Karthi comes there with juice and spells out exactly what V has in mind :)
KVL are waiting for Raji to come in. Vishnu kalachufies K by saying the family has no care for R... how can they allow her to stay somewhere where he does not know the address... L says, wait for sometime.. all this will happen in his life also..
LV take the aarthi for KR.. KR join hands for this.. and enter the house. Then boiling milk vaibhavam happens..
The awesome foursome are eating and enjoy dinner.. L wants to leave.. but Raji asks him to stay for some more time.. Raji says she is afraid of her decisions. L gives her strength and asks her to talk to her dad. L wants to know if R is afraid that K might overstep... R laughs it off :)
K and V are sitting - V gives strength to K saying he need not be afraid of anything. V advices him well... talks about responsibility and undertaking...
LV prepare to leave for a duet by KR :) Vishnu advices them to have a girl and a boy đđł... L advises them to be happy just like this.
They both lock the house and both of them pretend that they are sleepy... Raji locks her room from inside but is thinking of opening the door.. Karthi tries to sleep in the hall but tries to knock the door.. Finally, she opens to find Karthi at the door & locks the door again ;)
Karthi calls Raji up and says he wants to talk but she says she is going to sleep now...
