Episode 280 -
Vineeth, Rishi and Pandi are chatting about the lattest happening (all are in a funny mood) - of course about Vineeth challenging to Bala. Vineeth defends himself by saying that he no longer want to beg to Bala since the +1 have already started bugging him, especially Puli (over the phone) and kirpani (his Karate actions), as such he must act now to prevent all this non sense. Just then they see Priya (refers her as Chandramuki) and Bala (refers him as Senthil) coming from two different directions. Rishi and Pandi tease them add that Vineeth act as Saravanan here. So Vineeth decides to make their wishes come true - he puts on his glasses.
As soon as Priya sits (a few meters away), he approaches her. Priya is a bit suprised and shocked to see him.
In the mean time, Pandi and Rishi run upto Bala (who is far away) and ask him to wait till Vineeth finishes talking to Priya. Bala is irked and looks at them. Vineeth offers her a big chocolate bar, and upon being inquired, he adds that he could no longer hold his likings for her.
To add fuel to the burning fire, Pandi and Rishi tease Bala even more (by singing Sing in the rain...I want more in the rain 😆).
Back to Vineeth and Priya, Priya takes the chocolate, and asks what he wants. Vineeth once again tells her that he likes her and that he is aware of her likings for him, and then sings the song Kadhal vanthal solli anuppu...uyirodhirunthal varukireen (From Iyarkai).
Pandi and Rishi tell Bala that Priya has come to Vineeth and that she is so happy to the extent that she can't even speak.
Vineeth tells Priya that the door to his heart will always remain open for her, and adds that she try to open the door. He then shakes hands with her. Priya all this while is very confused.
Bala sees Priya shaking hands with Vineeth and angrily takes off.
Vineeth has a smirk on his face and sends Priya off.
Pandi and Rishi are so delighted by Vineeth's acting. Pandi celebrates by singing senthura poove...😆
Pachai is walking and soon spots Rishi talking to a girl. They are in a playful mood, while trying to study. Pachai's face expresssion (anger) changes and soon is imagining the two playing around for the song A,B,C nee vasi....Pachai soon approaches Rishi, who upon spotting the former, greets him and introduces Pachai as Green father (Patchai Appan) to Asin, his cousin (but a lie 😉). Patchai is still seems very unhappy, and when Asin ( a new entry to +1) puts her hand out to shake, he doesn't and rather says hi to her in a traditional way. Seeing Pachai's unhappy mood, Rishi says bye to Asin, and pretends all innocent.
Pachai asks Rishi what this is all about, and the latter trys to say nothing has happend. Pachai warns him not to commit to anything yet, and Rishi teases by saying if his experience is speaking. Rishi then asks Pachai if he's done reviewing, but the latter turns the plate and wants to ask Rishi some chemistry questions. Since he is not ready, he escapes from Pachai 😆 .
Bala is sitting alone, all angry, and soon is approached by a happy Priya. She wonders what is wrong with him, and asks if he is angry. She asks him what the matter is with a happy face. Bala soon asks her why she spoke with Vineeth. Priya brings in his (Bala's) friendship with Rags, and tells him that she never questioned on that, and hence he should consider this in the same manner. She then asks him why he never spoke to her the other day. Bala replies that since she was talking with Vineeth (all smiles), he didn't want to interupt. Priya affirms that she'll never leave him and go, and tells him to look at her eyes. Bala looks at it, and tells her that she too will leave him and join Vineeth. Priya is jerked, but soon eases down as soon as Bala bursts into laughter. Bala then tells Priya that she is his only friend (at the time being) and was affraid. Priya affirms that nothing bad will happen, and that they should both win! She adds that he trust her, since trust is the strength of friendship. They shake hands and go to class.
Pandi, Rishi, Vineeth and Rags are sitting by and chatting. Pandi as usual exclaims how the organizers are going to announce the two groups - Vineeth group and Bala group...since the old teams have split. Rags soon adds that she's affraid that something bad might happen during this cultural programs. The boys calm her down, while trying to calm her down, Pandi gets confused between football, cricket and volleyball. They are soon approached by Bala, Shree and Priya, who want the ball to practice since they were the once who had set up the nets. Upon being asked, Pandi and Rishi tease them. An angered Bala rushes and talks with his fist. The others rush and pull them apart. Rags is extremely worried now.
Bala is sitting alone, and is appraoched by Rags. He is irked. Rags raises her voice and asks him why he is behaving like this. Bala replies by telling to ask Vineeth the question. Rags cuts him off and tells that this is b/w the two of them, and that she knows the truth behind his behaviors. According to her, afterall it is his stubbornness, and that they are his true friends. She adds that if he wished, they are more than ready to leave some where. She firmly tells him that one day they will all be far away from him.
Bala is seen with tears. Bala tells her that the real problem is b/w Rags and Bala. When she tried to decline, he tells her that if she considered both of them her friends, then why did she just stopped speaking to him and not Vineeth. All Bala wanted was his friends' support, but he is certain that they all support Vineeth. If they had supported him, then he would have definetly apologized to Vineeth. He boldly tells her that he has no problem with Vineeth, but only with Rags. She wants to know what she can do. He asks her to prove.
She is ready to prove by not talking to Vineeth, but under one condition - that is he must give up to the other team (during the Volleyball game). She tells him that she will say the exact samething to Vineeth, and who ever gives up (or ends up losing) will be her friend for ever. Bala, with the plates turned around on him is thinking.
In preparation for the game, the court is being set. The two teams are excited - Vineeth team in red, and Bala's team in white. Vineeth and Bala exchange looks while Priya smirks at Rags.
The screen freezes on the two teams.
kanavugal thodarum.....
I really liked todays scenes......Well done rags....we'll hafta wait n see...
Episode 281 -
The court has been set and the two teams are out and ready to play the game. Vineeth's team members are wishing each other luck; Just then Pachai wonders if he should play without his glasses, but Pandi is irked and asks him to play with his glasses 😃. Vineeth takes a glance at Rags, who seems all nervous. Priya on the other hand is wishing Bala good luck, and reminds him that this is his gift for her. He agrees. Pandi take the honour of MCing. He gives everyone a warm welcome. He speaks proudly of the the principal and invites the latter to come say a few words. The principal too comes and welcomes everyone and requests everyone to support him in making the sports event a hit. He wishes everyone. Pandi then gets emotional while talking about Pt, who apparently is sick (in hospital for loose motion) mainly due to his work in preparing for this event. Everyone are laughing 😆. Principal then begins the game.
The white and Red Rose teams occpy their respective sides. Vineeth and Bala exchange looks, and the latter then looks at Rags and thinks about what she had mentioned (having to give up). Vineeth's team starts off really well, and Rags, unknowingly claps with a smile. Seeing this, Bala gives her a nasty look. The Red rose team (Vineeth's) seems to be playing really well, and Rags gets a little worried, while looking at Vineeth. Vineeth gives her a broad smile. Soon, Vineeth gets injured, and leaves the court. Rags asks him what happened, and Vineeth tells her that he wanted to give up just for her (since she had asked him to). Soon after Vineeth leaves the court, Bala's team (white rose) is doing really well, and Priya is all happy. Red Rose 19 and White Rose 24. They take a break.
Red Rose members go visit Vineeth and the latter apologizes. Priya on the other hand congradualates Bala, who gives his opponents a nasty look but then thinks about what Rags had told him. Back to the game, Vineeth (who is still out) wishes Bala all the best. Soon after Bala seems to purposely make mistakes. Rags has a smile on her face, while Priya isn't happy at all.
Vineeth tells Rags that Bala is purposely making mistakes. Rags wonders what would happen if he (Bala) gives up. Vineeth tells her that they don't have to talk in order to be friends, and that they can still be friends without talking. He further adds that he's happy that Bala has realized Rags' friendship. The second set: White Rose - 16 and Red Rose - 24.
During the break time, the white rose members are wondering if everything is ok with Bala. Bala tries to give some lame excuses, such as back pain in all. Priya soon grabs Bala aside and asks what he is upto. She then asks him if he's cheating or not, and gets him to promise (on his mother) that he'd win the game. Bala reluctantly promises.
Back to the game. Bala is playing a lot more carefully, and White Rose seems to be making progress. Soon White Rose wins....BALA IS A BETRAYER NOW....Poor Rags - she is shattered! Red Rose members are all upset, but the White Rose ones are partying hard. Priya gives a funny look to Rags. The principal then requests Bala to come collect the trophy. Bala does and then looks at Rags and Vineeth. He is probably guilty...but still he couldn't prove what Rags had asked him to.
Kanavugal thodarum....
It is a shame on Bala for not being true to his true friend...i'd be much happy if rag's completely stops talking to him....after all, Priya is important to him. I really feel sorry for Rags 😭
Episode 282 - Update on its way....:)
Vineeth takes a look at an upset Pandi. Pandi (crying?) seems to be very angry and wants to beat up Rags (at least that is what his actions tell us), while the rest look at Rags. Rishi tells Rags that whatever she did was wrong, but adds that Vineeth's behavior is even worse, i.e. to fake an injury for the sake of Rags. Unni suggests if they had known about it earlier, then they could have not played at all. Pandi utters that Rags should have kept her friendship matter to herself or find another way rather than subjecting it into the game. Pachai too begins to roll Rags head by asking why they should sidelined themselves when Bala was behaving erratically. Pandi finds this loss (against the + 1 team headed by Bala) a real shame, and further throws some hard words at Rags, such as you're just our friend and all you'll so is stand by us, but now the entire school is going to spit on us. Hearing this, Pachai asks Pandi to calm down, and a reply our Karuppu Vairaim jokes amidst this tensed moment – that he is the only one capable of thinking stupidly. Pandi doesn't stop there, he keeps hurting Rags. Rags begins to shed tears. The boys, except Vineeth, keep scolding Rags.
Seeing Rags cry, Vineeth tells her not to worry. Rags begins to break her silence and exclaims that Pandi and Rishi are correct in the sense that she didn't consider the boys (Pandi n Gang) before laying the conditions. She further adds that all she wanted was to prevent Bala – Vineeth from further fighting. She apologizes to everyone, and adds that she'll never expect anything from them. After Rags leaves, Pandi wonders if he was correct. Vineeth agrees with him, but adds that Rags was also correct. According to Rishi, this is Vineeth's nature.
The +1 students are dancing in front of Priya and Bala. Puli then requests Priya to dance. All of them are dancing, including Bala. Puli then requests Bala to hand over the Trophy to Priya. Rocky praises Bala's effort and sincerity towards their team. Once she receives the trophy from Bala, she thanks Bala not only for winning the game, but also for making the two + 1 group bond again. A happy Priya asks Bala if he is happy. The latter too agrees, but he isn't. Something is bothering him. He is thinking about what Vineeth had told him about playing/ and beating friends. Vineeth indeed is correct: Bala is feeling really bad.
Vineeth is sitting alone and is approached by Rags. She apologizes to him. Vineeth tells her not to worry about anything. Rags adds that she is unlucky and because of her, her friends are also suffering. She then asks Vineeth why he pretended to be injured while the rest of the boys played with interest. Vineeth exclaims that she is her friend, and that was the reason behind his behavior.
Shree's group members all want to go, but Puli requests they stay behind and bug the Red Rose team. The rest too want to tease the loosing team. Just then they see Pandi, Pachai, Unni, Rishi. The moment the Pandi spots them, he warns that these guys are here to tease them and that they must handle (he pronounces it as candle) it tactfully. They get into the famous Indian huddle. Shree's team gets ready, but before they could do anything Pandi n Co. dance in front of them (for Kutty Pissasse song). They praise Shree's team for winning the Vollyball and start bugging them. The juniors run away. Smart thinking Pandi.
Rags goes to the bicycle stand, and sees Bala waiting for her. She ignores him, but Bala wants to talk to her. Without wasting time, he tells her that he is unhappy with winning the game, but that he had no choice since he didn't want to betray those who depended on him (i.e. +1 boys). He also tells Rags that her friendship is way more important for him, and such conditions are not fair. He then apologizes for all the mistakes he had committed. He gets angered by Rag's silence and raises his voice. Rag's breaks her silence and adds that once upon a time their friendship was on high, but it is no longer in good terms. Bala tells her that they can solve all the problems by talking their hearts out. Rags still maintains that they stay away for a while to keep that respect they have for each other. Bala isn't happy, and adds that she's angry with him for not listening to her earlier. Rags tells him that this isn't the reason. Bala wonders how she is able to take this lightly. Rags pours out the truth – that she is hurt seeing them do things they don't like/ enjoy doing. She asks Bala to think about it and takes leave.
+1 students are all sitting and chatting about the game they had just won. Puli exclaims that he should have been the man of the match. The rest just tease him big time. Just then Bala approaches them. The + 1 students thank him for bringing fame to them. Rocky then tells Bala that he isn't happy for having to play against his own friends. He further adds that Bala can leave the team whenever he wants to, rather than hurting himself. Bala tells them that this is a game, and that they must take it sportive. Puli then goes onto sing a song for Bala, but is soon chased away by the rest of the boys. The moments the boys leave, Bala's expressions change. He is indeed upset or rather should we call it guilty?!!!
kanavugal thodarum...
What do you guys think of Bala now??
Episode 282 -
Pandi and Pachai are riding their bike to school. On their way, they spot Priya standing on the road side. Pachai refers to her as Chandramuki and advices Pandi not to stop for her. Hence they prepare themselves to just take off, however Pandi slows down as they close in and eventually stops right in front of her. Pachai is irked, mainly b/c she was the one who was behind separating Bala from them. Priya wants to talk to them for a moment just like how they did before all this problem. But Pachai refuses and tells Pandi also not to talk. The latter is not bothered about it and somewhat convinces Pachai to listen to what she has to say. Priya informs them of Bala's condition and how unhappy he is without them (including winning). She urges them to talk to Bala and be friends with him. Pandi asks her why Bala can't approach them instead, and Priya asks them to consider Bala's mind-set. Hearing this, Pachai is really worried about Bala, hence they decide to see him.
Priya approaches Bala and asks him if anyone had called. Bala nods and adds that he received a call from the telephone company asking him to pay ASAP J. Priya then clarifies the question as to whether if his friends had called or visited him. He says no! Just then Pandi and Pachai approach him sit near by (but not extremely close). They wait for a while to see if Bala would approach them but the latter is unresponsive. Pandi then signals Priya to ask him to speak to them, but Priya begs them to take the honor. Knowing something like this would happen, Pandi was already prepared and takes out the Tape player (where he had recorded some friendship songs). He plays the songs…. But unfortunately, it turns out to be nethu raathiri yumma…😆 but soon flips to the other side and plays the avar avar vazhkayil aayirum aaryirum arthangal (Pandavar Boomy). Bala pretends not to be bothered, and upon seeing this, Pandi and Pachai begin to cry 😭. Pandi exclaims that he isn't mad at Bala for winning the game, after all Bala is his buddy, and that he really cares for him. Pachai tries to calm Pandi down, and is soon approached by Bala. The friends have united!!!
Puli is again begin teased by the other members of Shree's team regarding his role in the volleyball game. Puli is really irritated by the fact that he is being targeted from all corners. Soon Kirpani and his buddy arrive to the scene and wonder if they can join Shree's team. Shree advice they go join Rocky's team, but the two are adamant about joining only Shree's team. They also add that they are very good volleyball players and show a demo of it even without a ball. Seeing their enthusiasm, Shree is willing to take one person while the other join Rocky's team. The two refuse and add that they are twins!
Pandi, Pachai, and Vineeth n Co are sitting as a group along with Rags. Pandi whispers to Pachai that he is going to somehow convince Rags to talk to Bala. Pachai asks him to drop the matter for the time being, and tells him that he should not have promised Bala (who apparently is waiting for her) making Rags talk to him (Bala). But Pandi tells him how kind Rags is and compares her to mother Teresa (unlike what he had said yesterday). He further adds that "Raja kaiya vatchaa athu wronga poovathilley" – that whatever he deals with will never go wrong. Rags seems to be aware of the situation, but pretends to not pay attention to anything. Pandi soon begins the matter indirectly by talking about the movie he had watched the day before – Natpukkaha which is about friendship. He praises the relationship Sarathkumar and Vijayakumar had – i.e. the friendship, and recalls dreaming about the movie which reminded him of Bala. Unfortunately, Rags isn't bothered about it. Vineeth tries to help Pandi, but soon is disrupted by Rags, who asks them what their problem is. Pandi and Vineeth try to explain how much Bala is suffering and that she go talk to him. Rags maintains that she doesn't have anything against Bala, but she doesn't want them to fight anymore. Hence the best solution is to stay away from him, and takes off.
Bala is waiting n waiting for Rags to come and talk to him…but it is too late…..
Kanavugal thodarum….
I sort of feel bad for Bala...but I guess it is too late now...he should have realized his mistakes earlier. Thank God..this Bala character isn't as bad as it used to be...but...it seems way tooo unpredictable...
