Kabir slowly started gaining conscious back... His vision was again blur, slowly slowly he started open eyes but couldn't as light were fall in love with his hazel brown eyes so they directly coming to his eyes by making way through window, soon his eyes adjusted themselves with light and look here and there, try to understand where he was, what happen to him?? He feel a sharp pain in his head, he try to use his right hand and realize it was attached to the many wires which were connected to the glucose, then he try to move his left hand and felt some weight on it, he rolled his eyeballs only to forget his pain and lost in ethereal beauty.
There was a cute beautiful girl was sleeping on his hand, partly on his hand, her breath were fanning on his knuckles giving him goosebumps. Her closed eyes were making him desperate to look the secret behind them, Some strands were disturbing his view which were on her face, he want to remove the strands from her face but couldn't as his one hand attached with wires and other was under the beautiful lady's head. He slowly try to pull his hand without disturbing her but she got disturbed and snappily open her eyes and looked at him.
Realizing what was happened she immediately sat straight and looked the hazel brown eyes for which she was waiting to see from the time when she had seen him in bitter condition, when he was not in his sense.
Kabir don't want to blink his eyes for a second as the secret is reveal to him now, now he can see the black orbs of her, but as he was opening his eyes after two days and his head was also paining at a time he was unable to bear it he closed his eyes in pain and groan in pain holding his head only to make her attentive and start her work..

He had decided first that he will fight for his life now how could he can give up he feel very shame on himself, dolly words kept haunting him whole night and he finally make decision that he will never give up, he will fight with this world till his last breath..
Next day as it's was nisha's duty being a doctor to take care of her patient at any cost so she come to check kabir..
Look its my duty to take care of once you will alright then leave my house and do whatever you want to do.." Said nisha directly entering in his room
Kabir ask apology for his behavior and told her he will never give up.. And he respond or obey her every command..
Slowly time started flying... Kabir injuries also got recovered and bring him closer to this gangwal family whose head was Umesh and his wife Aman who owed a restaurant, because of many problems Umesh always be quite but its not that he don't have fun around, he always try to have some fun but circumstances never let him do that only to secure his cousins he work hard and talk less and only one thing bring him out of his serious world is his thadka of his life aman to whom he got marry when his all cousins begged him to do so... Then dolly cute and sweet lady of the house, caretaker of everyone including Umesh also being his Lil sister after adding aman in her list, now kabir was also added as new member of this list.. Then Kirti and sukku who was in collage and trying hard to help their brother and sister but that never happen as nisha and Umesh always told them to focus on their career without taking any tension of anything, then last but not the least jwala and bunty who was like small brother and sister for kabir and jaan of the house, only these two bring smile on everyone's tension face.. ( And these are 7 dwarfs whose responsible for meeting of nibir or I can say because of them kabir accident take place ).. And the prince.. Means nisha who was doctor and help everyone out just like kabir but she hard but to crack as she never go close to anyone easily and same with kabir, she will talk to him but they had limit talk because of two reasons 1st she was hell busy at hospital and 2nd nisha was confused about him whether to trust him or not..
Kabir was fully fit and fine then its time for him to leave the gangwal house but everyone protest, so Umesh decide they will vote who want kabir in this house or not.. Everyone raise their hand when asked kabir will live in this house to everyone including kabir shock nisha too raised her hand.. So no one has any problem it decide kabir will not go anywhere..
Time passes more kabir become one of the family member, who help everyone.. Try to make everyone smile with his charm which always work.. Now he also become a very good friend of nisha.. Not friend more than a friend, both know they have a strong feeling for each other as each others helping nature make NiBir fall for each other but never say anything as like this feeling or waiting other to confess his/her feeling first
Everything was going well but the day come when evil mother got to learn about snow white's existence means viraj come to know about that kabir is alive..
It was success party for doctors who started a new project of cancer and they succeed in this project and save many people by providing proper medicine at less cost to poor people and yes nisha was part of this project.. And unfortunately viraj's NGOs help them to do so..
Nisha and whole her family including kabir went to this party celebrate nisha's success as no one know him there as all are doctor and their families and no media was coming there as it was private affair media had already cover the doctors at award function, and viraj was also at the party he was unable to come at award function and about this nisha knows nothing if she had acknowledge of it she will never invite kabir to this party and viraj saw kabir in the party. And again his blood boiled seeing kabir alive and fit and healthy. First he hide himself from kabir so he can't come in notice of kabir.. He immediately decided he himself will kill kabir right now..
He ordered to his PA to bring drugs.. He did what asked bring some drugs from near Dispensary as no one dared to stop as it was order from Viraj Singh Rathoor.. Viraj mix that drugs in the sweet and ordered to waiter to give it kabir.. Unfortunately kabir eaten that sweet which was offer by waiter and waiter forced him to eat that sweet.. Plan A was completed..
After a while kabir got a msg on tissue paper which say "come out poolside" before he can ask who had given this waiter left.. He looked here and there try to look for nisha he saw all gangwals but nisha was nowhere to found.. He thought that nisha had called him that why she was not at the party may be she was waiting for him at poolside so he left.
Reaching out at poolside drugs has started working.. Kabir felt like his head gone a blast in few second but the thought nisha had call him he was bearing the pain..
Nisha... Nisha " called kabir but no response
Nishaaa... " he called her again but this time he feel someone behind him and he was sure it was not nisha as his vision was getting blur and he was losing his sense..
Aap Maa papa ke pass kyun nhi gaye kabir, vo aap ko bula rahe hai... Chaliye jaayie " said viraj as kabir turned to see who was at his back, kabir was not in his sense to reply anything
Kabir was standing just one step away from the swimming pool and viraj just put a finger on kabir's forehead and pushed her lightly.. With that a huge sound of splash of water and Loud scream of kabir name was heard by viraj. He turned to see who screamed saw there are many people.
Nisha come back to her cousins after talking to her colleague.. She saw viraj was going somewhere.. She immediately look for kabir but he was not there, she told about viraj to her cousins they immediately follow viraj and witness to this sight which squeezed nisha's heart..
She jumped in swimming pool in order to save kabir as he had Lost his conscious.. While cousins hold the criminal viraj from escaping now it was time for him to get punishment for his deed..
Nisha bring kabir out of swimming pool with the help of Umesh and sukku..

In this tension she forget she is a doctor suddenly she stopped crying and closed her eyes for a moment to calm herself down.. After taking a deep breath she started pressing his stomach so water can come out from his mouth, Nisha sensed that kabir was not breathing so the next step to give him some oxygen.. So Nisha attached her lips on his and blow air in his mouth, then again press his stomach and again give him mouth to mouth breath.. After three trial kabir started irregularly breathing and cough hard..
Kabirrr..." said a happiest girl in the world as her happiness has no bound and with this she hugged him tightly.. Everyone looking them silently as they know what was coming as they were very well aware of nibir's feeling for each other.
I... love... you... nisha..." Said kabir in breathy voice as he was breathing heavily
Nisha main apni zindigi ka aim tujhe banana chahta hun..." Said kabir in low voice which audible to nisha and she said yes in the same position as kabir hide his face in her chest and wrapped his one arm around her and nisha was holding him close to her tight..
The dwarfs means cousins clapped for them and cheer them up..
With that viraj was arrested kabir and kabir's bodyguard along with driver give statement against viraj..
And within the ten days nisha and kabir also got married

Nisha immediately go out as her favorite bhanji had come to meet her but kabir groan and stopped her to doing so, but nisha was nisha anyhow escaped herself from his grip..
Reaching near the door of their room she said " fresh hoke aana inhi kapdo me mat bahar aana kal raat party me bhi yahi pehna tha tu "
