Chapter 1

I was sitting alone in the corridors

almost crying

but when i saw him ...my boyfriend...ok so now ex-boyfriend...with Kaira

I felt hurt

he was with her

with his arm around her waist

so close...

just when i felt someone sitting beside me

it was him...not him but Kabir

he was Kaira's ex-boyfriend by now

Kaira dumped him for Ritesh ...my ex-boyfriend

And Ritesh dumped me for her

how ridiculous

he looked hurt too

same pain

oh...not Ritesh that idiot was grinning like anything

I am talking about kabir

hey, i forgot to introduce myself

I am Nisha Gangwal

suddenly he started speaking

Kabir - so... what do you think?

Me - what ?

Kabir - what would have been the reason that they dumped us

Me - hmm good question

Kabir - uss Ritesh mai esa kya hai jo mujhe nahi hai

I giggled at his statement

Me - he is cool, cute...

kabir - i didn't asked you to define him

He stated irked

Me - ya ya but I am surely far better than Kaira

he rolled his eyes

Kabir - i still can't believe they just dumped us before Valentine's day

I sighed having nothing to say

suddenly my mind struck up with an idea

me - HEY

i stopped him as he started walking away

Me- kabir ruk

kabir turned around

kABIR - KYA HUA

me- i have an idea

kabir - kya idea

me - to get them back and make them realise their mistake

kabir - hmm so..

me - you would have to pretend to be my boyfriend

as I said this he freaked out

Kabir - KYA... no ways nisha...and why shall i date you

Me - only pretend

kabir - is the same

me- please it will make them jealous

i made a puppy face which he had to give in

kabir - ok fine

i jumped with joy

two days after we started dating ...fine ya pretend dating

lastly the thing we wanted was that whole college should know

so that Ritesh and Kaira come to know ABOUT IT

AND GUESS WHAT

IT HAPPENED!!!

good na...

one time when we were in the corridor

during the break

they were there too

kabir was at the counter buying snacks for me and him

he saw me staring at them

and then i moved my gaze from them to him

he was looking at me

but ..with something different

not pity..or something

something good

i didn't know it

but it felt good

so i smiled

he smiled back

but his eyes cleared showed he was up to something

when he came back

he did something that startled me and everybody else in the canteen

specially Kaira and Ritesh

OMG kabir kissed me !!!!

like really

i was too shocked to react

but others were shocked but let it go after a few seconds

we ..i mean Ritesh , kaira and i were looking at kabir shocked

i gestured him through my eyes

what the hell is wrong with you

he replied nothing

with a so but not so innocent look
