Part 5A
The Event
Mrs. Kumar came on the stage and greeted all people
present in the big auditorium. The auditorium was full to its
capacity.There was no space at all.Mrs. Kumar spoke about
the dance champ K and the new lady who was about
to be a surprise for everyone. Without wasting more time,
she announced the performance.
The stage was all dark. Then suddenly there were flashes of
different coloured lights. There were boys on the stage.Then
the light flashed at the centre.There was a boy in vest and
torn jeans with a hat. The hat covered his face.He threw the
hat in the air in style.There was a huge applause from the
audience.The song started.Their hero K was on the stage
twisting his body on the tune of the song...
Dhoom again and run away with me on a roller coaster ride
Dhoom again and see your wildest dreams slowly come alive
Dhoom again we gotta break the rules and party all the time
Dhoom again we gotta steal the show you know that ain't no crime
Kabir looked at the audience. He took his hat,played with it.
And threw it in the air. He then caught the hat and threw it
towards the audience.The audience, especially the girls screamed
in excitement.They tried to catch his hat.
So steal all that you can
The magic you began
Let's shout! Break out!
Come on once again let's hear it
Kabir pointed to the people. The audience screamed in
excitement.

He stopped momentarily. He asked the people to
continue with them.
Once more come on you people
Kabir danced on the tunes of the song. The audience
screamed in excitement. They sang the lyrics of the song
as it played.

It was dark again. The people stopped and waited to see
what was about to happen. The light flashed on Kabir.
He moved his body as if it had no bones. The boys appeared
dressed in skeletal suits. They danced with Kabir.
Dhoom again and feel the beat of the rythm-rythm of the night
Dhoom again and hear the voices calling creatures of the night
Dhoom again and see the shadows dancin' in the pale moonlight
Dhoom again and feel your heartbeat pumpin' now the time is right
The team danced together for some time. Kabir moved towards the
audience on the stage.He urged them to be loud.
So go walk out the door
Get down get on the floor
Let's shout! Break out!
Come on once again let's hear it
The audience started dancing and singing along with
Kabir and his team.

He moved towards the audience and brought
some people from the audience on the stage.There
was an old man, Kabir touched his feet.
And when love comes your way
You'll know it's here to stay
There were some teens. He came to them and danced with them.
You'll steal the chance cause you're the thief of hearts yeah
You'll win with just a glance walk away with your romance
There's no more there's no backin' out now
He came at the centre with the people and danced.
Dhoom again and make the whole world crazy set your spirit free
Dhoom again and take a break right now come celebrate with me
Dhoom again cause all I wanna do is steal the show somehow
Dhoom again cause all I wanna say is hey the time is now
Kabir moved towards the audience and started dancing with them.
Let nothing getcha' down
Go out and paint the town
Let's shout! Break out!
Everyone screamed with him. Kabir was dancing
like a manic enjoying every step of it.
Come on once again let's here it
He came back to the stage and danced for the final time.

The song ended. Everyone clapped and cheered for Kabir.
Kabir had an extraordinary capability of engaging the
entire audience with him. Kabir and Mrs. Kumar were elated with the response of
the people while someone was scared seeing so many people.
It was her performance now.
