I am talking respectfully. Secondly, it's not about stopping or reporting. It's about making rude ass comments. YOU'RE the one directly attacking us petition signers by alleging that we have nothing else to do. Also, there's a difference between constructive criticizing and actual legit criticism. Actual criticism is rude and has no place, especially when you start talking about us (forum members) personal lives.

Thirdly, Idk if you read my comment or not, but there's a difference between using swear words AT people and using swear words in general. I did not use a "gaali" at you. And if anyone is doing the bullying, its you. You're the one who directly attacked us. And finally, what do you even mean by your last sentence?

Okay. everyone.
Relax.
please don't go out of topic here.
We all have our opinions.
Please don't drag social issues into discussion here as it'll cause a lot of controversies
Stick to the topic.
We are talking about the NAUC tracks that deserve focus and the reason the track is getting ruined and what we want them to show.Let's stick to that guys.

I totally agree. As of now the anutyjis in India like unrealistic drama which the youth absolutely detest. that's why American shows are so popular among youth. They are faster and show only relevent stuff and youth of India like that and we'll always like that. So maybe in a decade or so we can hope the Indian Television will adopt that pattern...till then aunties will rule the Indian television and not let the youngsters like us have a show we want.

Another problem is that people of our age are every comfortable watching shows online. If SP considers hotstar views also then nauc TRPs would have been very high and we wouldn't have got terrible fj and cm dragging. CVs would have focused on relevent stuff but...kash

partly agree with u...but not fully...actually there are too many difference between culture...and there are successful youth based show on indian telly too...but faults in our creators! they actually starts very well but can not continue... i think they must understand what our youth want...and then give a show which we could relate!

So as _UptoNoGood_ said (im sorry i dunno ur names) it would be really nice if this trend started for indian tv shows as well. It is something i personally would love. No changing the story entirely in the 2nd season, that wouldnt work im sure but keeping the essence intact, continuing from whr it ended and giving us new exciting things to watch per season, yes that definitely would work.

As I mentioned before. it''l take at least a decade before we can hope for Indian televisions to take the pattern of the american televisions...till then we need to suffer with the auntyji dramas all over the place as they are the main audience.

also another trend that indian television should adopt is that online viewership should be considered. They consider netfflix in usa so they should consider hotstar here

I think the problem when youngsters is also that they live pretty busy lives. Like from what I've been able to gather from my cousins in India, they come home from school, do homework/ have some time off, then go to tuitions, and then go to sleep. Same with people who work, they go out to work and come home in evening to get prepared for tomorrows work. Aunties generally have the entire day to sit at home. Idk could be wrong. But yesh, I also hope it changes.

And you've completely hit the nail on the roof in regards to why online viewership should be counted. The world is rapidly changing and relying on an older system that does not capture the entire demographic isn't the best. And LOL freaking hotstar doesn't even work in Canada. So I'm/ some international viewers are screwed in that aspect anyway LOL.

This is RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. Are you upset there ARE fans who want the show to stay or is it because the majority of those who want it to stay are NiBir fans? Like what exactly is your argument? Because i CAN support BOTH social, real world issues, AND something i enjoy, ie: NAUC. Please explain why one can't do one as opposed to another without a problem? It's amusing you even bring that up. I wonder though ... Would you say the same thing if it was for your favorite or something you truly enjoyed, even though you claim it's "immature" ? I don't think you understand exactly WHY a bunch are doing what they are doing ... (Unfair treatment to international viewership, no repeats, bias at spa, no promotions, etc) ...

sorry- i really did not want to comment on this post one bit, but this set of replies was just TOO much. Purely judgemental ugh. Let people do what they gotta do. If you don't like it, COOL. But don't judge someone who is doing what they can/is able to do!!! It's so rude to say it's immature ... It's real sentiments, some people are actually really invested (now don't say, "oh it's just a show, get a life" - that case isn't always a thing!), and if they can do SOMETHING to TRY and make a difference, what is the freaking problem????

*sorry DT if im breaking rules on my part, but this literally targeted the set of fans/people who are doing what they can genuinely to save something they love and show support*

My name's Isha! What's yours?

And wow, so SP owns like multiple channels? Or at least the Star company does?

And yeah, I also really hate it when tracks get dragged on or end quickly with no real resolution. I think even the concept of finite shows, like EHT is really good as a compromise. It delivers a (generally) crisp storyline that viewers can enjoy and be satisfied with.

@sunset27
i think we need youngercreators who don't look through the history of television industry to get stratergies to increase TRPs.

btw u r right about a few successful tv shows, they include MJHT and currently KY2. They are doing well but they too have dragging tracks. their TRPS can be increased wif cvs realize the pace in which our generation runs.

It amused me how, even in the 21st century, 2015 for that matter, online viewership means ZERO to indian channels. It's the age of the internet- it's everywhere, from our tvs to our phones ... Blocking videos doesn't help one bit- it'll prob decrease viewership and interest if one can't access their shows ... A lot of shows that have gone off air/ NAUC - wouldn't be under the radar so much if the international + online viewers counted!

The main problem is SP. They cant handle a youth based show. Period. Why was star one scrapped? It aired really good youth shows. I really miss mjht.
Then again, the CHANGE has to be brought, and someone has to do it...not worrying abt the consequences. So unless someone takes the initiative and tries making shows like how they do in the US, trp aunties will continue to rule indian television. And youth do have a lot of power, we CAN make the shows we love successful, provided it caters to what WE want to watch.
