Nisha opened her eyes...She moved a bit yawing and what her eyes saw was enough to get her a heart attack...She was so shocked that she covered her face with the blanket thinking what the hell was she seeing...Her heart beat increased, she slowy moved the blanket and again she saw the same sight...There he was, giving his all time charming smile..He winked at her..Nisha could not believe he was there, yes her Kabir was there in front of her eyes...Kabir in Berlin?What could be more better for her as a birthday gift? Nisha's eyes filled with joy...She could not control herself and jumped on him as tightly as she could crying...
Kabir: Happy birthday babu...
Nisha: *crying in happiness* Babu?!! You here?!!!!
Kabir: *breaking the hug, cupping her face* Hey hey hey, did i plan this surprise to see a crying Nisha?
Nisha smiled and hugged him again...
'SUPRISEEE' the other four came out from four corners of the rooms...
Nisha: BHAITI?!!!!! You too?!!!
Saurav: *pulling her ear* Oh, so hubby came now you don't even need your brother anymore huh?
Nisha: Areeh nothing like that...
Both the brother-sister laughed and hugged each other...
Suketu: Okay guys, surprise was just on target, now lets bring on the party...yo!
Sunita: But before that let me wish my daughter too again...
Ridhima: Same from me for my daughter in law..
All of them were shocked to hear what Ridhima said...
Kabir: Mom?!!!
Sunita: What mom, son in law?? What do you guys think that you guys are really smart?
Ridhima: Don't forget we are smarter!
Sunita: We knew it from long back and told your fathers too...
Kabir and Nisha blushed heavily...Ridhima and Sunita wished Nisha a very happy birthday and gave NiBir their blessings...Just then Kaynaat came...
Kaynaat: *ran and hugged Nisha* Nishu bro happpyyy birthdaaay!
Nisha: *Kissing Kaynaat's cheeck* Thank you my Kayu...
Kaynaat: By the way mom what I heard you guys were talking about some smart thing...what is it?
Ridhima: Umm my love, nothing! Your Bhaiyu and Nishu bro will tell you later...Right Nisha and Kabir?
Nisha and Kabir looked down to hid their blushing faces and just nodded a yes...
Sunita: *to Kabir* Your fathers are already daddas and from now on, only maa okay? *turning to Nisha* Nishu you too the same for Ridhi..okay?
Nisha and Kabir kept standing in the same way and again nodded a yes...
Then the family gang had an amazing time...They did way too much fun...They cut cake, they had both breakfast and lunch, they danced, they sang, they played truth and dare...It was almost evening and Nisha was supposed to go on a dinner out with her parents...Before leaving, Jwala stopped Saurav and reminded him that he needed to invite Nisha for the dinner next week at his home...
Saurav: Guddi, next week party at my home okay?
Nisha: For what?
Saurav: Umm, surprise..you are getting late for your dinner, go there first...We will talk about it later...
Nisha: Wow, another surprise so happy...
Everyone hid their expressions so that Nisha could not understand anything or suspect anything...
Dinner went really good, she was the angel of her parents ..Nisha never had a beautiful birthday like this, her family gang, her parents, her would be in laws and the man of her life made it just the perfect one...Nisha was about to go to change her dress suddenly someone pulled her from behind..At first she was shocked but when she saw the most perfect guy in the world according to her standing there, she felt like she was the happiest person alive...
Nisha: Kabir?! How did you came inside? My door is locked..
Kabir: Babu, windows should not be wasted na?
Nisha: *Blushing* What are you doing here now?
Kabir: Umm, I just wanted some time with you...alone time..As in just you and me...Will you dance with me?
Nisha: What? *shocked* You and dance?

Nisha was smiling like a mad, she changed her dress and was about to go to sleep when she got a call from Saurav...
Saurav: Guddi, can you come to the garden out of your house please?
Nisha: NOW??! Anything wrong Bhaiti? *tensed*
Saurav: Umm, not really just come outside and I am waiting...
Nisha went outside and saw Saurav was sitting on the swing in the garden...She went to the swing and sat beside him
Nisha: What is wrong Bhaiti? *confused*
Saurav: Guddi, I need to tell you the truth...

Saurav: The truth about the dinner...

Saurav: Actually...actually I am leaving for Japan next month for my undergraduation...

Moreover, just 4 years...I will be back forever *almost crying seeing Nisha's tears* and if for any mishap I need to stay back there a bit more, I will come to your wedding at least one week ago..*tries to make the situation light*
Nisha: *Hugging him tightly* I will miss you Bhaiti...*crying*
Umesh: *holding Nisha's shoulder* Chiki let him go, after all you always wanted your brothers to achieve their dreams...
Nisha: *Turned and saw Umesh sitting beside her* Bagu?!!
Umesh: Yeah, so do you think Sauro had the guts to face you alone? He came here with me, I did not show up earlier because I knew you brother-sister needed an alone time too..Which made me jealous by the way *makes face*
Saurav: What dude? She is my sister too...*makes face too*
Nisha laughed on how her brothers quarrelled for her...Both Umesh and Saurav looked at each other on this and assured each other that they were successful to make their sister feel better...
Nisha: You know I am the luckiest to have you guys...you guys do fighting to make your sister happy...*emotional*
Umesh and Saurav understood they got caught and they could not control themselves anymore...They hugged Nisha from both sides..
Umesh: Chiki, you are our best sister...
Saurav: Yes, Guddi! It needs to be the luckiest to have a sister like you...
Nisha: Stop being so emotional brothers, save some for my wedding too...
Saurav and Umesh laughed...
Saurav: The same trick you are playing now on us huh?
The trio laughed...
Umesh: You know chiki I will have two roasts in your wedding, one from your side and other from that duffer...
Saurav: Oh and yes we three will fix up a time for our crying session before the wedding day because otherwise all the make up of yours will ruin...
Nisha hugged her brothers and laughed..How much they loved their sister...Nisha felt the luckiest...Then the trio of not real siblings but more than the real ones, held hands sitting on the swing and continued their crazy talks...
