It's humanity, anyone with a good and caring nature would be hurt seeing a next person in pain. Ups and downs of a lovestory is what makes it special, if there was everything perfect, what was the point of showing it, doesn't the story lie in the incompleteness and imperfection that has to be made complete and perfect.
We will definitely have lot of scenes that will gripnour hearts with fear, but I say not to worry because it will make the next nibirlicious scene even better.
