I think this was because: people are so used to this mind-set that first "hero" introduced will be the one opposite the female lead; so Kabir's entry probably surprised them and then the marriage... remember, trp aunties- first love = last love 😆 If modern viewers would be contributing to trps, it would probably look a lot different since most of us don't expect the first love to be the last one 😉 Though, I agree, initial episodes were best- VSR entry made me lose some interest, as well 😆
That's why I think that trps will increase- because CVs aren't just focusing on NiBir, but also on cousins, like Dolly and with the Sumit track all cousins will be in focus alongside RL 😉
