You have to go to www.imageshack.us, then either create a new account or can log in using your fb account.Then upload the image you needed, once it's uploaded it will show so many links and I used the direct link. So copy from the direct link and paste that into the image icon. Image icon will be seen on top of the page when you post something along with other settings.
