I don't think this will happen. Because here his past and emotions are involved, no one knows about the letters he keeps writing to his mom, not even Sham Singh. Viraj has already made it clear from his reaction that he doesn't want to share any of this to anyone, so he will get maha pissed when he discovers that this anonymous girl is Nisha.
What happens after that is what is left to be seen, but frankly I don't get a good feeling abt this esp not after seeing his reaction
