hey everyone

do you remember last weeks epi?

is was bd and bobby's anniversary. when shivay was telling his story, they were showing devi sati's mom fainted or was shocked(don't remember) when she saw shivay. but that doesn't happen with sati's mom does it? i thought that devi parvati's mom faints.

and shivay said that shiv-sati vivah happened on shivratri. wasn't that shiv-parvati vivah? or maybe both.

Yes agree it's parvati mom who fainted on shiv parvati marriage

as i dnt belong to Hinduism so i m not aware about it

bt what confused me was tht one day Parvati Maa burnt to ashes when her father didnt agree for her n shiva's marriage.. bt then she was there again n got married to him

cn someone explain this?

shiv's wife is shakti. daksh and his wife meditated to goddess shakti because they wanted her as their daughter. goddess shakti fufilled their wish by becoming their youngest daughter named sati. daksh was a prominent person(a prajapati) so sati lived royally in all comfort. daksha disliked lord shiv from the beginning because of his lifestyle(he lives on a mountain, he has long here, he wears a tiger's skin etc). that is why daksh never considered lord shiv as god. so when sati told daksh that she wants to marry god shiv he was not pleased unlike everyone else. so everyone convinced him and he agreed. even after marrige he still did not like lord shiv and he insulted him. once infront of sati so sati burnt herself(as shown in one epi of ncw) after sati's dead shakti became parvati, the daughter of himavan and maina.

so parvati was not burn it was sati. sati's father did not approve this marrige. parvati's parents did.

Okay so Sati, Parvati, and Shakti are separate people right?? I'm kinda confused..

No they are not seperate. Shakti takes many forms and Parvati is the form which stays with Shiv.

Parvati is the form of Shakti who stays at Kailaash. (the mounts)

Sati was also form of Shakti but she was temporary. Shakti is not Satis mother.

I was shocked for the same, Shivaratri is Shiv Parvati Vivah, Shiv Sati vivah did not happen on an auspicious day leading to problems that happened later in their lives.

I think the writer has not done much research but are using the most commonly known episodes. It even showed that Vishnu took the form of Parvati to save Shivay from Bhasmasur. Bhagwan Das then said that he is confused, probably it was Mohini and then Shivay said she was a woman imagine her in the form you want and Bhagwan Das imagines in the form of Parvati

I mean what was that, just to save the money for one actress, they made Vishnu taking the form of Parvati😡😡

About the mom fainting episode, I think it was Parvati's mom, in fact the entire Baraat stuff was in Shiv Parvati marriage, Shiv Sati marriage happened in a haphazard way I don't think there would have any Baraati excluding Nandi in that
