Knowing that Mohana gave him birth might lead to Pia understanding that he is a Davansh. She knows about Dayaan, but it remains to be seen if she knows about Davansh. Also I don't think she will misunderstand him because she doesn't seem to be scared of him in the precap.

Mo did not know that the Rathores know that Pia is a daivik. She also wants Pia to go. So she cured Ved herself.

Mohana's plan backfired on her own self. She didn't want Pia to be proved Daivik, but the Rathod's already know she is one and also her curing Vedashree, Ansh just assumed that Pia coming to their house cured Vedashree.

She might not know about Davansh but knowing he is a son of a dayan she might understand why he is like that.

Yes she had seen Ved before in the house so she will know. But she does not know about Mo or her history or relation with Ansh. She will surely refuse to stay. If she goes to the ashram Naman will force to marry her. Mo can attack the ashram.
