Ulka Gupta replaced in parvarish without getting informed
Producer of a show finalizing actors and later replacing them is not a new thing in the TV industry, which is marked by politics, favoritisms and lots of other not-so-fair things. Raqesh Vashisht was replaced by Gautam Rode in Zee TV's Simply Sapne, Neha Saxena was replaced
by Barkha Bisht in Star Plus' Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai, Madhurima Tuli was replaced in the last minute by Mona Vasu in Color's Parichay, are just some of the names. And the latest entry in the list is child artist Ulka Gupta. edit earlier reported that Ulka, who won hearts with her performance as a young Rani Lakshmi Bai on Zee TV's Jhansi Ki Rani, was roped in to play the role of Ginni, Shweta Tiwari's daughter, in DJ's upcoming show Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi. But the actress got replaced with another young girl. Furthermore, Ulka complains that producers did not even bother to inform her about the replacement. "Yes, I was supposed to play the character of Ginni. My daddy had finalized everything with the producers of the show. I went to South Africa on 20 October and after returning I was supposed to start shooting from 25 October. But after returning, I learnt that I have been replaced by some other girl. They even started shooting with the new girl from 24 October. I cried the entire day," informs Ulka. Ulka is currently studying in standard 10 and was ready to compromise on the educational front to essay the role of Ginni. "They asked me to give so many auditions and look tests and Tony uncle (DJ's Tony Singh) assured me that we are working together. After the confirmation, I started scheduling my study and work accordingly. I was so excited about the character. I am hurt that I am not part of the show anymore," Ulka goes on to say. Adding insult to injury, the makers are yet to give any kind of official clarification to Ulka. "Till today, Tony uncle has not given me a concrete reason as to why I was replaced," ends the actor.

you're absolutely right @suhaani. I myself haven't mentioned anywhere in my topic that thank god she was replaced or something. Maybe if she wasn't replaced, we would have gotten used to see her as ginny.

even i had read this article almost a year ago. Maybe everyone on our forum has read it but still i wanted everyone's view on this. I wanted to hear from our members about this. That's why posted it.

but ulka has bad luck coz know that sher dil shergil is gettin revamped thyre not gonna be any kids😕 in that show first it was gonna be like parvarish show but star plus walle i tell u 😆
i want sher dil to be on 10 :30 or 9pm on star plus 😛

Yes true. Its only Ulka's bad luck. But aashika is doing a fab job too.
