Is Rashi a lonely child?

Something that I've noticed over the course of this show is how Rashi appears to not have any friends at school. I've only ever seen her interacting and hanging with Ginny her during the breaks or otherwise. She has been shown talking to Abhishek but that is no friendship because they talk to each other only for personal benefit - Rashi gets to play his PSP while Abhishek looks at it as an opportunity to somehow get access to Raavi. Compare this to Ginny who has Meenakshi and all the other x,y,z members of her gang she generally hangs around with. Even in the current track, neither Sameera nor anyone else seemed keen on having Rashi around and very blatantly termed her "down market". This dislike towards Rashi from her peers has obviously become more apparent in the recent episodes.


Rashi is a bright girl but could it be that owing to her attitude, the smart alec comments she makes, her dominating personality and her so called "over smart" behaviour, other children refrain from becoming friends with her? Does she really have no friends or Is it just something the makers haven't bothered to show much of as yet?




Plus some additional queries:

- Why does the Sameera girl look like a boy dressed as a girl? Something is really weird about her face :S

- Does Ginny's awful lip syncing to silly Bollywood songs make anyone else cringe badly?

I don't agree with the CVs choices of songs for Ginny to sing. There are decent/nice foot-tapping numbers which are more appropriate for demonstrating Ginny's singing talents.

I think it is a combination of both, bad song choice and extremely fake looking lip syncing by Ginny. It comes across as quite stupid onscreen. Maybe they need to work on both these factors to improve things.


And I also have to agree, Rashi does look quite young to be in 8th. She looked like a kid in front of all the girls at the party. I really wonder why they didn't just show her as being in a lower grade :S

i also think raashi is a lonely kid..and it is all due to her attitude...she is very smart but needs to go easy and be nicer and also act her age instead of everybody's grandma...even all ginny's friends complained that she is too over smart...i am not sure how come pinky and jeet havent realized that this trait has made her lonely and they need to talk to her...

i also agree that raashi should be in 6th grade..she looks really young...it was weird seeing ginny in a dress and raashi looked like a little kid comparing to her

and the lip syncing annoys me too...they need to pick better songs for her

Yeah.. they never bothered to show dat she hav freinds or not..😕

rashi's damn oversmart..which is not a good sign of having friends...so might be thats what the director wants to teach the kids...nt to be oversmart 😛

No I believe Raashi has many friends... remember in that Abhishek's episode... when he started making fun of Raavi that she is his sister... Raashi along with her friends made him stop

Yeah it looks like Ginny and Rocky are the more social types

Raavi admitted to never going to a farmhouse party..so I dont think she has friends either? even in school she doesnt really hang out with friends..aside from her weird thing with Abhishek

Looks like all three kids are friendless though Sunny is a little kid but its odd how they dont focus on him aside from the running away epi

they dont show him at school much or what kinds of issues a little boy might face

So both sisters got pregnant at the same time both times?

Raavi and Rocky are the same age
Raashi and Ginny are the same age
