Hey my lovely readers 😊Thank you all for your love and support . I know m updating after long time so I made this update long so enjoy !! I hope u like it. I know I can't update it regularly so plz bear with me and Thanks to everyone who waited for update patiently .

He didn't know what to say but just kept looking at her dumbfounded and then smiled thinking that how many colour this girl had as every time he sees a new side of her.

'I know it's difficult for you but for me plz..'

'Ok!! But only for you. ' Anant said in low tone.

Chapter-23

Then he put the ring back in his pocket. Navya noticed his facial expressions, she knew that she made him upset. Then she thought to do something that his mood ll become fine.

She came close to him spoke funnily ' I never thought you could watch romantic movies too.'

Anant: No Navya actually I watched it just bcoz Nimmi forced me. And then he realizes what she said.

'Wait! What you just said?? You mean I can't watch romantic movies haan?'

'ya bcoz I always thought you and your life both r boring ' she chuckled and then winks.

'Boring?' Anant asked narrowing his eyes.

'hmmm..' Navya tried hard to control her laughter.

'Ok then I am going .' Anant(a little angry) and turns other side to leave.

'Anant you are really stupid. I was just joking.' Navya tried to stop him but Anant didn't.

' Anant, I m sorry.' Navya said while holding ears and he turn to look at her and he couldn't help but noticed how cute she looked when she said sorry .Then thought of something and instantly screamed.

Cockroach!!!

He still remembers how much she scared of cockroach.

------- Flashback -------

One day he was working on his laptop when he heard screams of Nimmi and Navya . He immediately got out of his room and when he entered their room he saw both of them standing on the bed .

Nimmi yelling at something 'Shhh! Shhh ! Just go away!!'and Anant get confused bcoz he find no one there. Suddenly his eyes fall on the floor and he saw a cockroach there.

'Ek pagal kam thi jo ek aur a gayi.' He just rolled his eyes.

Navya: 'Shhoo ! Shhoo! Don'ttt come near if u come naaa then .. ' she paused for a while and then gulping saliva she said' I'll.. I'll kill you.'

Anant stood there and enjoying to see them like that. Suddenly Nimmi noticed him standing there.

'Bhai tum khade kyu ho plz ise hato na.' She just pleaded him and this made him smile he goes near to poor creature and put it away.

------- Flashback Ends-------

As she heard his voice her throat went dry and she immediately ran towards him and hugged him tightly. Anant smiled and hugged her back. She closed her eyes tightly in fear. He was enjoying being close to her. They stayed like this for few minutes. After few mins Navya slowly opened her eyes and asked

'Anant woh..wo..cockroach chala gaya..'

'Cockroach??? '

Navya eyes widened in shock she instantly looked at him while pulling out of the hug and then Anant realized what she was asking.

'Navya , just stay like this otherwise he'll come again.' Anant said naughtily and pulled her back.

Navya:' Hmmm so this was your prank.' trying to free herself but he made his grip more tight.

Navya : 'Anant chodo mujhe I don't want to talk you.'

'acha then why did u tease me?'

'Oh! so you were taking revenge from me haan?'

Suddenly his phone rang and it was her P.A .

'Ya Tina'

'Sir! I just called you to remind about the meeting.' And then he it hits his mind.

'Ok Thanks !!I m just coming in half hour' and cuts the call.

Anant:'Ohh God !mein toh bhul hi gaya tha. Sab tumahari wajah se.'

Navya: 'ab is mein bhi meri galti hai.'

'Aur nahi toh kya see how much time u has wasted.' And she just made angry face.

Anant smiled and suddenly pulled her closer by placing his hand on her wrist and kissed on her forehead then spoke when I am with you I forgot every thing. She felt shy and lowered her gaze.

Suddenly she thought of just happened before and she hit playfully on his arm and spoke' tum aaj kal bahut shaitaan ho gaye ho.' He smiled.

'Ab itne dino se tumhari saath hoon kuch toh asar hoga na' Anant replied starting at her lovingly.

Navya:' Ananttt !!!! now don't u think we r getting late.' And realize that she is right and nodded his head in yes and then headed toward office.

In office

After half an hour he headed towards the board room and as he entered he saw everyone had already arrived there. He quickly scanned the room and saw Navya standing there but he can easily notice her worried face. He quickly walked to his seat.

After reaching office

Navya was pacing restlessly in the cabin. She knows that somehow she agreed Anant to talk to his parents but what about her di and jiju, what will be their reaction when she'll tell them about Anant. She don't know how she'll make them understand. She knows that she shouldn't hide truth from Anant but she didn't want to make him worry unnecessarily thinking this she immediately picked the phone and dials Sushant's no but it was coming switched off.

They were discussing about their new project but he noticed that she is lost somewhere. Anant didn't understand that suddenly what has gone wrong with her. After meeting everyone trooped out of the boarding room except Anant and Navya.

Navya u ok? Anant asked coming closer to her and taking seat beside her.

'Ya Anant I m fine' she replied with a feeble smile.

'But you are looking unwell' looking into her eyes.

'It's nothing like that' she looked down unable to meet his gaze.

He slowly lifted her chin up so that she can look into his eyes and then said 'Navya u know some thing you are a bad lier. Now c'mon tell me what happened?'

'Trust me Anant it's nothing. Actually yesterday I slept late and in morning didn't have my breakfast that's it.'

'Whattt? How can be you so careless.' Suddenly he remembered how he came to her and she didn't get time for breakfast and this made him feel guilty.

'No I think it was my mistake I was so lost that I didn't bother to ask that whether you had it or not.'

'It's ok Anant it was my mistake too.'

'Acha no arguments first let me order something for you..' but before he complete he heard knock at the door. It was her P.A.

'Sir Mr. Mittal is waiting for you in your cabin.' Tina.

'Okay' he said and nodded his head.

Anant:'Navya ,sorry I forgot our new client called me to discuss some important points till then you just go to your cabin and take some rest and ya pls order something to eat.'

She just nods her head in yes and there was a cute eyelock between them.

He smiled and said while caressing her cheek 'I'll come to get you in couple of hours. Ok!!'

'Okay 'she replied with a smile.

Then he kissed on her forehead and turns toward door and she just watches him till he left.

It's been half an hour since he was busy with his new client but he was thinking about Navya.

'Mr.vajpai' his client called but when he didn't response he called again 'Mr. Vajpai..' which bring him back.

'Ya sorry Mr. Mittal what were you saying?'

'See Anant what r u doing! Now concentrate in your work and don't make fool of yourself in front of others' he mentally scolded himself for his thoughts and then engrossed in his work.

Here Navya tried calling Sushant again praying that she would get a response this time but again she heard same message phone has been switched off.

'Where r you Sushnat ? I need to talk you.' She said to herself.

Then she decided to finish her work soon and then go to him and talk about that.

It was 4 P.M. when he finished with his meeting. He felt tired but he couldn't afford to relax as there were many things to be done and taken care of. He rested his head on back of the chair and takes a deep breath. Suddenly he realized it's very late and thought to check her and stood up from chair when some one knocked the door.

One of the office boy came with some files.

'Sir, files '

Anant was shocked when he founded so many files in his hand.

'Who sent these?' he knew the answer but still he wants to confirm.

'Sir, navya ma'm ne aur unho ne kaha hai ke unho ne yeh sab complete kar de hai ab aap check kar lijye aur agar koi galti hai toh unhe bta de jiye'

He was worried about same bcoz he knows that once she start working she never take rest before finishing it.

'Sir, files' he repeated when Anant didn't answer.

'Huh ..rak do.' And when he was about to leave Anant tells him send Navya after 10 mins.

After 15 mins Navya walk towards his cabin and knocked the door but she didn't get answer she thought to knock again but sill no and then thought to check. As Navya entered the cabin she found it empty. She was shocked and suddenly she felt the door locked. She was about to turn and check but she found herself wrapping in the strong arms around her waist forming a hug. She instantly recognizes who it was.

'Anant chodo muhe' and tried to free herself but he made his grip more tight and nuzzled his face in her hairs and smelled their sweet smell.

'Anant yeh kya kar rahe ho. Koi aa jaye ga.'

He kept his chin on her shoulder and whispered in her ear 'Don't worry I already told Tina that don't disturb me for one hour.'

The way he said those words made her tremble. Then he removed her hair from back and placed a soft kiss on her bare back she felt butterflies running in her stomach. She was melting with his touch but she quickly comes to her sense and tries to push him again but he quickly held her by wrist and the next moment she found herself pinned against the wall. She looked at him with her big hazel eyes and found him looking at her intensely. She felt a chill ran down her spine and his intense gaze was making her heart beat faster. He rolled his eyes to her lips that were trembling due to his closeness .She felt his warm breath on lips as his face was few inches away from hers. Unknowingly she closed her eyes and he looked at her close eyes and then face.

He noticed she was looking very tired and pale too. And now he was sure that something is bothering her and moved back.

She open her eyes slowly to look at him when she felt the warmth missing. She was shocked as she couldn't believe her eyes when she found him sitting on the couch and busy in serving food .She just stood there watching him unblinkingly.

'Now stop staring at me like this just come here and have lunch bcoz u already haven't your breakfast.' Anant said sternly without raising his head.

She instantly smiled on seeing his care and love for her. She slowly moves towards him and sits beside him.

She never felt this much happy when she saw him serving food for her. She came into senses when he forwards the plate toward her.

He looked at Navya who was already looking at her lovingly.

'Now start eating it otherwise I'll take it that you want me to feed you.' Anant said giving mischievous looks to her.

She instantly took plate from his hand and then takes the spoon from the plate for first bite but instead of having herself she fed Anant. He was surprised at her cute gesture and fed her back while smiling. Then both of them fed each other lovingly and forget the world around them.

Navya's cell brought them into reality. Anant smiled at her and went to washroom. She picked up her cell and she frowned on seeing Sushant's name .

'Tum kaha ho Susshant ??? aur tumhari phone kyu swirched off hai?You know m trying to your no from morning .' she said angrily.

Other side

'Bahut badi problem ho gaye hai Navya pls jaldi se ghar aa jao' Sushant said in panic.

'What happened Sushant ? Why r u so tense?'

'You just come as soon as possible.' He said and cuts the line.

She just stood there dumbfounded and in the mean time Anant came back from wash room and noticed her expressions.

'Kya hua Navya ? you seems to be disturbed.Any problem?' but she didn't replied.

'Navya' he said shaking her shoulder.

'Huh ..' she was about to speak that her cell rang again and it was again Sushant.

'Ya Sushant Y u called again?

'Actually I forgot to tell if u can then plz try to bring Anant with you.' He replied and again cuts the call hurriedly and this makes her more worried.

Navya( to herself )Kya problem ho sakti hai aur Anant ko kyun.. Oh God !!Kahin use ne Di se ko toh kuch nahi bta diya '

Now he couldn't take anymore her silence was killing him. He didn't want to shout at her but since morning he notice that she was trying to act normal but now he was sure something is bothering her.

'Enough Navya!! now ll you pls tell me what's going on?'
