Guys,

I guess Shaheer is doing Mahabharat as confirmed by sources on twitter. I know all of you including me are upset with this news but we will have to support them in whatever they do. Many fans are sending unpleasent tweets to him on twitter :(:(. Don;t know why they are doing this. Actor's can't choose their co-stars and they can't wait also to sign for long. We as fan's will need to understand and support them in whatever they do

yes u r right. he should have a rise in his carrier. so he needs to take all kind of challenging roles.as a fan we should support in all circumstances. though i don't like the fact that he is paired with some one, i am happy that he gets good offers. and think he will also stay in mumbai and can meet soumya😉

I feel he has signed coz he doesn't want to do a romantic role with any other actress and these epics come on weekends and there is some chance of him doing some other show also coz in TC article he said that he is getting some interesting offers. What say??

Oh is it. Didn't know about this but why would he say he is getting interesting offers and denied about mahabharat when he is signing it??

i am not happy at all that shaheer is doing mahabharat...no offense but i dont think that the role of arjun is suited for at all!!!! hes already something a bit mythological in jhansi ki rani, why is he doing something like this now!

i personally feel that this is going to ruin his image after the popularity that he gained from navya as anant!

these type of shows are so common aswell! what is this like the 3rd mahabharat to be aired! its all the same old crap! noones gna be interested in it, especially his current fans who are youths! i know all you guys will say you will watch it for his sake, but for how long? your gna get bored, its too much, its not something that youths will sit and watch IMO!

these shows have always been flops! iv never been able to sit for more than 10mins and watch these types of shows!

shaheer is more suited to a romantic role, i just think mahabharat is not for him, but i also hope he proves me wrong

but from my side, i will not be watching it, coz its not something i would want to watch as a daily soap having seen the movie so many times!

this show will have no romance nothing! and everything will be so predictable as its all depicted, so wheres all the suspense and drama gna be which addicts ppl to watch it?! i personally feel the show will be a drag!

moreover, im hearing this is swastik production! this PH is practically kangal and kanjus! mahabharat characters will be OTT dressed up, so are they actually gna spand that much money coz in navya they never bothered!!! not even in the marriage track did they give the characters nice heavy suits/sarees!

its upsetting to see that shaheer signed for swastik again esp after what they did with navya show, but who am i to tell him wat to do

i really hope he hasnt signed for arjuns role, coz personally i feel this will ruin him as a actor

i hope i dont hurt anyones feelings in this post, this is all my opinion and sorry in advance if i hurted anyones feelings.

mee to have the opinion that we dont have the rights to interfer in such matters..did shaheer sign navya due to fans demand? no na..so it is he who have the right to decide wat to do n wat not...i dont mean to hurt anyone...but me too dont like him doing mahabharat n never ever with another girl than soumya...but its his decision completelyyy...

shaheer and somya wont be able to act on TV together forever, i understand this, they might do another show together but we cant wish for this to happen to all the time as eventually they will get paired up with someone else.

But my main concern is regarding Arjuns role, i just feel this type of role will ruin his image as an actor...what popular lead actors have ever taken these types of role? none from my recollection...these types of shows are so adult and elderly based that i feel from this he will actually lose fan following! even i can say that il watch it coz shaheers the lead in it, but that would be me just lying to myself coz personally i wouldnt be able to watch more than 2 epi's of it, especially when you know what will happen in it from beginning to end! there will be no excitement or suspense in the show bcoz everyone knows the story of mahabharat and the CVs cant exactly change it!

Even though this will air on SP i highly dbt it will be on primetime, coz who wants to watch mythological stuff on primetime?! moreover i just dont bleve this show has any scope for the future of the show nor for shaheers career.

i would have been much happier if he was doing something like humsafar as i feel this is where his talent lies and where he is likely to get more recognision and succeed in the future.
