"I still can't believe it's going off air and it's quite disheartening. I thought that it will run for more years as the response continued to be good. I personally felt that Navya will remain on television for another three to four years. Fans loved our show even after going for a timeslot change. I am really disappointed as the soap has helped me to grow as an actor," shared Soumya with Tellychakkar.com.
She further added, "The show has given me fame and I have lived and breathed as Navya. Even my close friends and family members got associated with it closely."
An emotional Soumya further shared that she will miss each and every member of Navya. "Shaheer (aka Anant) has been a wonderful co-actor. Initially, we never spoke with each other but as time trickled by we became good friends. He is such a sweet person that he makes sure that everyone is comfortable around him. I am very thankful to each and everyone as they have been my support throughout the journey. They have seen me grow."
On an ending note, she thanked all her fans, "Fans performed Havan in order to save the serial. I love them a lot."
Soumya, we all will miss you!!!
