much needed post and yes i m here n do comment as many post as possible frm my side

I want to say something.even if iam going to b banned,its ok. What i feel is many new members are not being encouraged much. Iam not blaming just saying what i felt. A topic gets more comments only if it is made by a popular topic maker.while other topics get hardly one or two comments sometimes nothing also. What i feel is there should be a genuine bonding among the members.ofcourse some of seniors are appreciating new members. But not everyone are being encouraged. Really sorry if it is hurting anyone but this feeling really made me to lose the enthusiasm which i had earlier. But this doesn't mean that iam away from forum. I visit daily, i comment on shamya's page,hit cm often but i stopped commenting here. Once again i clear my point iam not against anyone. Iam a part of this family. That is why i expressed my feelings. Sorry if hurt any.

plz dont think like that...seniority does'nt depend on how many posts they made or on their popularity in the forum ,infact it depends on wat kind of post we made and how intrestingily we made it...
