Sorry for the delayed update but it is super long and quite cute even though Navya is in New York the story will feel different from now on but Anya will always be there so don't worry! I am going to change the style of writing! But it will be better! Please read and leave your honest views and comments! 😃

Part 21

She went in the airport thinking about Anant and the family. She passed checking successfully. She went and sat in the waiting room for the plane. The family all went from the airport and waited outside till Navya texted to say everything is okay. She took her phone out and looked at the photo of her family. She scrolled through and looked at a picture of Anant with her when he said I love you to her. She was very emotional and tears dropped from her eyes. A single teardrop fell on the phone on Anant's cheek. Anant waited inside the airport till she set off. He was worried about her. Navya texted her Dad. "Papa I have cleared checking and I am waiting for the plane it should be here in an hour!" Deepak recieved the text and he was relieved. Her replied saying "Theek hai beta.. take care darling and please ring us as soon as you land in New York dont think about the time.. we will all miss you and we all love you! Take care!" Deepak wiped his eyes as he got emotional and Meeta consoled him. Navya read the text and smiled whilst getting teary. She replied. Whilst replying back she heard a buzz and it was a text from Anant.

My angel Navya... I am sad that you left but I am also happy that you are going to make a big name for yourself and help a million people with your enchanting mind! In fact I am proud to be your friend and your boyfriend! I want you to know that I love you more than anything in this world and I will always be there with you maybe not in person but always in your heart. If you ever remember me ring me or send me a message on Facebook. I promise I will work hard and prove worthy of you. I dont know how I will spend every second of the day without you but I have plenty of pictures of you so I will keep looking at them relieving the short time we spent with each other. I know you must be sad and crying whilst reading this message but I dont want that to happen I want you to smile, smile forever and ever. I promise that when you land back in India you will become mine forever. I will talk to my parents to make you mine forever. But first I want you to think about your career your life I know your dreams and I want those to happen first.

Gosh this is an awfully long message I am running out of characters on the page. But my speech is not done. Navya if you ever need me you know where I am never hesitate to contact me because I will always answer and listen. I want you to remember one thing you are the most precious person in my life and my heart only beats for you. Mera dil tere liye dharakta hai... sirf tere liye. I love you Pagal Ladki dont forget me! Navya was in tears as she read the message to herself. On the other side Anant was eagerly waiting for her reply. Navya didn't know what to say. She sat there for a few minutes admiring their picture together and then she went to reply.

Anant thank you for such a lovely message. At this stage I dont know what to say to you. The day I met you my life changed forever everything seemed so different so right but then everything crashed and I got this scholarship. I just wish we were together forever.. but I promise I will come back just for you. I have a new dream and that is you... yes you to spend every moment with you after I return! You mean everything to me and I cant imagine my life without you seriously. How can I forget my love? I am crazy in your love... that hoton pe bas tera naam hai! My dream is to be a surgeon but not in New York so I will be back to my prince. I promise I will message you and talk to you as often as I can through any form of communication after all I love you and I will do anything for you! Kya?! Anant shaadi! She blushed while she wrote her next few lines. Of course I would like to be a part of your life, there is no question about it. Anant I can just picture your hazel eyes fixed on me right now and I feel like running back in your arms but I promise that wait wont be long... God will bring us back together!

Always and forever yours! I know you are waiting in the airport still even though you didn't tell me! Go back home otherwise your Dad will shout at you I will be fine and I will ring you when I reach New York pakka promise! I love you my prince charming, your always going to be by my side I know it! I love you!

She sent it and closed her eyes and placed her phone near her heart. The voice over played "AE234SE to New York is about to board!" she opened her eyes and saw that this was her plane. She stood up and picked up her hand luggage. She went towards the tunnel to get her ticket checked and she boarded the plane. She looked back and embraced India for the last time. She remembered her family her friends and finally her love Anant. She walked through the tunnel to start a new venture, a new life in a new world.

She boarded the plane and it flew off to New York. The flight was very long consisting of 16 hours so she made sure she had some sort of entertainment. She got out her I Pod so she could listen to her music and read her medicine books. She organised certain playlists which she could play according to her mood. Right now she was in a mood to play her romantic songs. Her taste in music was diverse but her heart always drifted towards romance. She put her headphones in and transported into her own dream world thinking of her times spent with Anant.

Time passed and she slept, ate, watched TV and listened to her favourite music. The plane was about to land and the voice over warned all passengers to put their seat belts on. Navya closed her eyes as she hated landing in a plane it made her feel sick. But there was excitement in her mind as well.

They landed a few minutes later and she got off the plane to land in New York and complete contrast from Mumbai. As Mumbai was modern it didn't seem completely new but everything was so different their was a vibrant feel. A buzz in the air. She walked past slowly being more cautious than usual as she wasn't in India anymore. She took a glance around and she saw girls with short dresses on openly talking with guys in front of their own parents. She had a boyfriend herself but she wouldn't be comfortable talking to her boyfriend or holding hands with him in front of them. She wasn't a stranger to short clothes but she never seemed comfortable in them and also her parents didn't approve of them.

She walked out of the airport after getting her luggage and she found a man standing there with her name on a big card. She looked towards him and she recognised him from the day he came to the college. She walked up to him. "Hello Sir!" she shook his hand and he smiled. "Hello Navya... hope you are well? Welcome to New York!" he took her luggage and boarded it in a car. They went in the car. "Miss Navya I will be taking you to your appartment which is yours for free. However, you will be given an iteniary which you will have to follow when you work at the hospital where you will be offered a graduate scheme which gives you paid experience at the New York-Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. This is best hospital in New York!" Navya looked ecstatic. "It is also the top 20 for all specialities in the medical field... I u can ensure Miss Navya that you will have a very beneficial experience in New York and the hospital!" Navya nodded in excitement. They drove through New York City past so many yellow taxis. Navya had read a lot about New York and she couldn't wait to embrace America.

"Sir, when do I start work at the hospital?!" Navya was very eager to start work. "Haha, you seem very keen you will start work in 2 days the reason for this is because we want you to settle down here and feel comfortable!" the man smiled and she did too. She admired the beauty of New York out of the car.

They stopped at Navya's appartment. It was in the middle of New York City. She went in the lift to her room which was on the 10th floor and she was escorted by her colleague. Navya was excited to see her room. She opened the door with her key and it was a modern apartment. It looked beautiful, clean and modern. She walked through and saw a classy lounge area. Her jaw dropped. "Sir all of this for me? I mean how can it be free?" Navya was shocked. "Navya it is free you are one of the 5 young doctors around the world to achieve this so the quality is going to be there! Be proud of yourself beta you have worked hard for this!" Navya was speechless. She didn't have words to explain her happiness. She touched her way round the lounge area.

She then walked into her own bedroom and was amazed at the beauty of this house. "Miss Navya I will leave you to settle in the fridge is filled with food to get you started and I have left some indian food for you so you dont feel home sick!" he smiled at her. "Sir, thank you very much I dont know how to thank you for doing all of this for me!" She shook his hand and he left.

She walked around her bedroom and admired the view. She then went into the kitchen to get herself a drink. The kitchen was even better. She went to ring her parents her friends and Anant.
