Guys i called up SP office one guy picked up the call i said this is regarding Navya i told him that i have called earlier also but u people have not given me any response till date..he said mam ur name so i told him my name he said ok we have ur request and have forwarded the same to the concern department i said ok then why i have not received any feedback and nor u people r showing any promos,i said why for every thing we have to make calls,mail,tweet to u people why so much of injustice towards our serial..he was speechless he said sorry mam for the inconvenience then he checked my mails and said yes mam we have received mails from ur end and i am sorry for the inconvenience caused i will forward ur request to the concern department i said ok so when will i get a reply is there any TAT then again he was speechless..i said again i request u on behalf of all navya fans to pls promote navya we want REGULAR PROMOS not one time promo,FM publicity and what ever ur promotional tactics pls do it for our serial and i hope this time i will get a reply from ur end thankyou so much..he said thankyou for calling have a great day i said same to u..
