As a women - who worked for many years pre-retirement - I would state that we fought for the right to be treated EQUALLY. The only improvement that is necessary is for people to take responsibility for their own choices and their own safety - and not say they want one thing and then demand then other things to make it easier! That works for all genders and ages...😃
