Confused - Navya TRP and Top 5 shows

I am confused. An earlier post we saw that Navya was the 4th most watched or popular show last week .

Then how come our TRP average for last week is only 2.46. Should it not be at least 3 +.
Any inputs on this will be greatly appreciated.

No need for confusion , It is not related to TRP I guess as it might be related to some poll or survey like that and viewers selected the top five shows they like.
