Thanks Asha for posting this article, saw it this AM but was busy till now to comment on it. Although, a lot of forum members are not so happy about the families meeting so soon, (personally, I too would have like to see a lot more of their chori chori, chupke chupke pyaar karna scenes in college and elsewhere) but these family-obsessed CVs have landed us in this impasse for the moment. What with Meeta refusing to listen and ack. the relationship of poor Navi and her weird idea of protecting her from the wrath of her Dad, something had to give. How else would our lovebirds have met and be united again?
I am now actually quite excited that this is going to happen soon, b/c I could not think of another way to continue with this relationship in the serial, since Navi is determined to be a goody-goody daughter who will live & die by her mother's rules and we have seen Mommy dearest has no plans to relent from her position.
At least now, with other family members in the picture, things will start moving fwd. again. What if Anant's Frankenstein dad and Deepak turn out to old college friends and they end up meeting their respective wives etc. etc. etc. I will NOT speculate any further, learnt my lesson the last time I tried doing so 😉
