Neha_K was delayed, so I have stepped in to do the update for friday's epi. Hope no one minds... apologise b4 hand for any mistakes!😳
Nimisha tells Navya to hurry up as everyone is approaching Anant's room. Navya & Anant share an eye lock but Nimi pulls Navya away.
Anant twiddles with the meds given by Navya & is happy that he finally managed to confess. As Nimi & Navya rush towards the stairs, they see Mohan & Dad rushing up & talking at the same time confirming that the doctor has been informed. (yeh lo...ab doctor kya karega when u dont even want him to take medicines???) Nimi gets worried. Dad looks at Navya & Mohan is shocked. Nimi repeats the lie that Navya is her friend who has come to help in a project. Dad gives a ghost of a smile & goes into Anant's room. Mohan approaches Navya...& then smiles & walks away. As Nimi & Navya come down the stairs they bump into Shagun. Given, how dim-witted she is, she doesn't even stop to acknowledge them & heads up.
As Nimisha pulls Navya towards the door they bump into our drama queen Rama bhabhi, who narrows her eyes at Navya & sizes her up. Apni hairaan-pareshaan Navya doesn't know where to look, while Nimisha repeats the project wala lie. Obviously Rama doesn't believe her & taunts "Really?" Then she calls Shagun who is super irritated at being called down(bechari will have to climb those stairs again!! Now she is gonna reduce weight..oh no!!🤣) Rama asks Shagun to meet "Nimisa's phirend" who has come to help. Rama goes on to say isnt she the same person who came on Nimi's engagement as well as accompanied Anant's friends a little while ago. Shagun couldn't be bothered by this intro but Rama insists that she should invite Navya to the roka which is scheduled in 2 days time. Shagun...lol!! What an antique tubelight...who still doesnt realise what the fuss is all about, issues the invitation to a now miserable Navya & the sis duo walk away.
In Navya's place, Appy & Ritz are annoyed at the situation. Appy is furious that how come they intend to get Anant engaged when he is not well. Ritz asks a pacing Appy if he was well, then would this engagement be ok? She goes on to say what we all have been thinking..."Uss duffer ke saath koi kaise...who bhi Anant?" i.e. how can anyone marry that duffer of a girl?!!!!!😆 true true
Navya asks Ritz & Appy to stop this. Navya says that she just wanted to meet him once, see him once & now she has done that, even managed to give him the medicines. She is about to say something & then says that nothing can be done now. Ever perceptive Ritz & Appy ask her if Anant said something? Navya tells her friends that Anant said ILU. They are excited. Ritz( 👏Love this character!!) says but isnt he getting engaged to someone else? Does he even know how his confession is gonna affect Navya? They(Appy-Ritz) get pumped that someone should do something; who knows maybe Anant does something? If he has the guts to confess then he should take some action as well. Fikar not...our sher is getting ready!
Everyone is gathered in Anant's room.CSB is doing Anant's aarti & tilak & advises Saraswati to give kadha (herbal concoction) to Anant for next 2 days so that he can recover. (Yeh lo...medicines & Navya ka credit kadha le jayega!) Anant's dad looks at Rama/Shagun's parents & asks CSB about the Roka. After a variety of expressions on everyone's faces & Rama's whispers to Mohan to say something positive( like ruk jaao, Anant ki zindagi barbaad mat karo?!!😆) CSB says that the muhurat is perfect & the roka should be done as per schedule.😲
Dejected, Anant is toying with the medicine that Navya gave him, remembering what she said when giving them to him... closes his eyes & sees Navya's face as & when he said ILU. Someone says Anant ji... & he opens his eyes. Its Shagun..uff!! With Rama... double uff!! Carrying the herbal meds for Anant. Rama's next few words - priceless...little does she know how Anant & I are interpretting it!!!lol...
She says "lub" as in love, is v powerful. Whatever the medicine, if someone gives it with love then it definitely works wonders in no time! Anant is left thinking.
Cut to Navya's house & its night time... Navya is sitting and cant stop thinking of Anant's confession, a single tear running down her face . Her mobile rings & she is shocked to see its Anant. Anant is sitting on the railing of his verandah waiting for Navya to receive his call, which she does eventually & their convo, which is really worth a watch, goes as follows:
N: Anant?
A: hmm...
N: How are u? U r ok, na?
A: Hmm..
N: hmm, hmm kya?
A: when u came here u asked me a q...
N: hmm..
A: u had asked whether I trusted u?
N: hmm..
A: yes Navya, I have complete faith in u..now can I ask u a q
N:hmm (look who's doing the hmm s now?!!)
A:will u answer honestly?
N:hmm..
A:I am placing full faith in u
N: I will never lie to u
A: Do u love me?
& Navya doesn't know what to say...Anant checks whether the call is still on, 😆 then asks whether it is so difficult to reply? Please can she say it once, who knows, he might not get the chance to ask this again. awww Does she love him? She thinks & then says whether he doesn't know the answer to these questions? Anant rolls his eyes & I go wuhooo way to go!!Show some spunk girl! Navya says whats the point in all this; Anant says its v imp for him to know whether she loves him or not. Navya closes her eyes & says "Mai...tum.."Anant is waiting & so are we & then comes bekabooo...aka break!!lol..
Anyways, post break she opens her eyes & says did u take the medicines (lol..break mei script changed!!😛Navya...for once just reply with a simple yes!😡) u were supposed to take it thrice a day & Anant is peeved! 😉 He says no need to change the topic, if u don't want to say it, then I wont pressurize you. Navya says please try n understand, it isnt like that. He needs to understand that she doesn't want him to land into trouble... since he is already neck deep in them!😆 He goes into hmm mode; She advises him to take rest & he just says goodnite & cuts the connection. Its 12:44 at nite(lol...I didnt make that one up, seriously!! they showed the clock!!) & Navya turns off the lights & tried to go off to sleep. But everytime she tries to sleep, Anant's "I-love-u" pops in her head & her eyes ping open!! (This is really hilarious!!) Navya is perplexed whether to be happy or cry since for the first time in her life someone, that too Anant, has said I love you. Apart from these 3 words there is nothing left between them... & bechari couldnt sleep coz its morning already!
In Anant's place, Mohan has just checked Anant's temperature & tells his mom that now the fever has almost subsided. Our Hari-om-prabhuji aka Dadi Bua tells everyone off(it was only Kaki, mom, herself & Mohan in the room, but she was like yeh majma kya laga ke rakha hai...does she know the meaning of the word?🥱 for the uninitiated, majma=crowd) Everyone disperses, but Anant stops his bro from leaving. He gets up & closes the door & tells Mohan that he was right. Mohan doesn't know what Anant is going on about. Anant says everyone at home is thinking that Shagun & he are going to get engaged but his heart is not ready to accept it. Mohan is annoyed & says you are a bit too late since your roka is in 2 days' time. Anant says I know it, but all the time, I feel this is not right. Mohan sits next to Anant on the bed & says I met her. She is a nice girl... Navya. Surprised, Anant turns & looks at Mohan who smiles but shakes his head & says it is too late now.. if you would have said something earlier. Anant cuts in saying that he(as in Anant) only is at fault; Mohan did advise him to speak up but he was confused earlier. But now he knows this is wrong & he needs to do something now. Mohan says whatever you need to understand or do, you need to do it quick as you are running out of time. Please understand that abho nahi to kabhi nahi...i.e. if not now, then never.😳 Mohan...u rock!!
