maybe it was not for instructions he called her...may be he wanted to let her know that he was waiting for her near to her house , parked on the other side of the road and asking her to come with him..😉

actually no, he is standing in or in front of his own house as u can see the lights in the background. Im guessing she has just called him to say she cant come.
