can v add everytime we open it... or v hav to add only once and subtract only once?

We are going to add 10 until the team elements have reached 1000. When they have reached 1000 we are going to subtract 10 until the team elements have reached 100 (as it was in the beginning). The first element that will reach 100 will win the game.
