agree in some points but i think he was asked why he chose to do nach so he was open n honest,he need money to pay his loans n start a new family...

I agree with the person who posted.. for me Jay and Mahi was such a positive couple..and i love most of their dances.. but after that AV somehow i feel, its a li'l weird and odd for us viewers...

However I feel that the creatives of the show are trying to show that they are really desperate to win, which is trying to put me off them.

An example is that in one of the AV's this week it showed that how they really needed the winning prize money as they needed to pay of the loans. I feel the creatives of the show are showing a lot of personal stuff and personal problems to have higher TRP's and create sympathy for the contestants. As a mature viewer, it really puts me off the show and the contestants who do this. Rather than voting for them, I would suggest everybody not to vote for them. As I am talking about Jay and Mahi, what makes me think is that they were shown so desperate for the winning money, (as Mahi was even crying) that Jay left the show Kairi, because of creative dissatisfaction. I am pretty sure that he still would have had to pay for his loans, and if he needed the money then he wouln't have left the show, which makes me come to a conclusion that majority of the AV's and the personal segments shown are really exaggerated and give me the cringe factor as I know what is shown is really fake.

I partially agree with this post. The AV was a bit OTT and did make me cringe for them. However, so did Karan's story and Smita's operation/baby story after every performance. Charlie's mother story should have also not been included and neither should have the proposal from Ravi.
Reason being, it's a dance show, we want to see dance and learn about contestants from what we see at present on this show. They all should have had their AV's shown in the first episode where they could have talked about how they met, their lives and future etc. That would have been enough to set the scene for the viewers.

its sad some people have to resort to using cheap PR tactics just to remain in the limelight and to gain public sympathy 🤢

Haha...I'm finding this thread hilarious..Forget what jay mahi talking about their financial problem in public...just look at their every week performance..they are working really hard to give best..and I don't think audience and the judges give them comments and scores and votes for their their financing problem in their personal life.just chill.😆...

The issue I have with Mahi and Jay is that they keep bringing up their home loan. This is a dance show, why are they trying to emotionally blackmail the public for votes. I'm pretty sure all the oth contestants have loans and are not exactly wealthy, and could use the prize money as well. The judges too, keep stating that they see the hunger in their eyes to win the prize money. That's wrong, I feel the true winners of the show should be the couple that has the talante and dances with their heart and soul, this Nach Baliye and the point of this show is to dance and performe. Kay and Mahie want only the money.
