Hey Everyone!!!

Nach Baliye: Well I quite like our contestants for this season and I have enjoyed reading what you all have been posting. Its good to hear about various people's point of views. Thankgod to Indian forums!

Now than, I really needed to get a few things of my chest and too bad not all my friends watch nach baliye which leaves me hardly anyone to talk to or take my frustration out (in terms of what is happening in the show).

JUDGES

SO GUYS, WHAT IS UP WITH THE JUDGING PANEL??? I like terence, I do not mind Shilpa but Sajjid... i do not understand why he has been roped to judge nach baliye. So far so bad!!! Im also finding it really hard to predict marks :/ Hmmm!

MARKS

Is it just me or do some jodi's get over judged and some under judged. From what i read on this forum, many of u would agree with me on this. The marks given to some jodi's...i wonder how that came about. In past seasons i was able to figure out what a jodi would get (most of the time) but this season, i end up wrong every single time.COMMENT ON THIS POINT PEOPLE, I NEED YOU GUYS TO SAY SOMETHING...

Now don't have anything against any jodi to be honest, all jodi's at the moment are equal in my eyes except one (who i personally like). But the Jodi I want to talk about first is Virat and Elena. They are not the fav jodi i have in mind but seriously... They are not as bad as what the judges said. I was like Jesus, the performance was not as "bad" as it was made out to be. I see potential in Virat, he did his steps well, i felt the choreography was the problem and for a second performance it was ok.

On the other hand, a couple who i felt was really under judged was Amar and Charlie..what the hell.. It was a good performance. Not only this performance but even their intro performance was good. Amar was superb and Charlie cannot ever be classed as a horrible dance. She was fine, average and i think she did her part ok. And bits she didnt do as well as Amar, it doesnt mean they should get 7 marks :( her mistakes werent as big for her to lead amar to get 7 marks!!! DO U AGREE WITH ME OR AM I FROM A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PLANET? (To be honest, my fav performance was of Amar and Charlie..it was intense and good. Amar made it work!)

Everyone else was also fine... Neelu ji surprised me because i wasnt expecting such good dance moves from her. And jaisheel and his partner i felt were really good.

Lastly, shafali and Parag hmmm Not sure I would give them the marks which the judges gave them. I felt they did well but I think 10 was what they should have got not all 11's. Perhaps, the show isnt really about dancing so much..its more than that. Personally, I believe Mahi and Jay's performance was alot more challenging and over was better than Shafali's. COMMENT..

Judges: The only judge who has dance knowledge is Terence. Shilpa has a bit of knowledge too, but Sajid is a big no no.

Kushal & Elena did NOT deserve such low marks on their 1st performances. I did feel the judges were very harsh to them. I agree that their performance wasn't strong, but they didn't deserve such low marks.

See Nach Baliye is a jodi competition. Meaning that both partners need to excel, not just 1.

Shefali and her hubby did a great job with their performance, but def not worth an 11 in my opinion.

I know how reality shows work. Public voting doesn't matter and neither does judges scoring. Its as simple as this: if you are raising the TRP of the show, regardless of whether you are a good dancer or not, you will last till the end. If you do nothing to raise the TRPs of the show, then you will have an early elimination.

Also for this particular show, if you have a HUGE fan base, rest assured you will not be eliminated very soon.

I'm completely against public voting because it will lead to biasness. And I know for a fact that international voting is a fraud. It doesn't count. (I know that for a fact).

And sadly, what u said about the voting system is truee in my view aswell. Sad but its the reality which we all have to deal with. And that is why i get so worried about Amar and Charlie..they dont create any drama, they are simple and sweet so will that mean they will face the cut.

judges need tution on judging except terrence...hez adorable...btw lol virat's name is kushal ...virat is just a character he plays in ek hazaron

Well for the judges all I can say is Terrence is ok and Shilpa is fine but Sajid shouldn't have as so far he has been judging terribly and has also been very bias towards Rahul and Dimpy

Marks I think Sajid hasn't been giving the points fairly, I hope he improves in that sense

Kushal and Elena have a big fan base so they have high chances and also Kushal is improving so that's a good thing

Amar and Charlie are highly underestimated because I feel yes Amar is professional and for Charlie it's hard to get to that level but she's good, she's trying her best.

I feel Shefali and Parag no offence but they shouldn't have got those points it wasn't outstanding or anything

All the others are trying their best I wish them good luck

Rahul-Dimpy are over praised, while other good dancing jodis like Amar-Charlie, Sargun-Ravi n Kushal-Elena are criticized.
Whenever I listen to Judges' comment (of course excluding Terrence), sometimes I wonder did they show different routines to the judges or do I know nothing about dancing.. So I have started skipping those parts, watch only the actual dance routines, (saves u a lots of times and prevent irritation).

To add to above points, I am not liking the host jodi too. They dont seem to click as hosts, for me. Their humor sounds forced.

OMG I have long list of complaints about NB5. Why am I still watching that show? Of course, for dance.

Hey Nikki,

Thankyou so much for allowing me to think that i am DEFINITELY NOT THE ONLY person who has all those views on the show. Terence is very SWEET! has always been a fav judge (DID). Agree. And what ever said, I just nodded all the way through. Its so good to hear ppl are noticing the little things that are going on... I actually super agree with ur last part about Shefali and Parag although didnt want to offend any fans of theirs... their performance was over rated.

Kushal is actually a good dancer, i think im watching a completely different performance than the judges minus terence. Because their view and my view never match..to me.. Kushal is doing quite well.

I kinda have to agree with ur again about the host jodi.. very glad u were brave enuf to say it. They are just not working..as a pair..they seem as they are trying to hard to be funny, kool and entertaining. I like manish paul as a host, hes awe sum. Original at least.

And dont worry, keep the complaints coming because its likely that a million other ppl feel the same way. Thanks for commenting!!
