during kya dil me hain days I got to know Abi's dad is her stepdad ,n they share a very closebond.She changed her title Jain to Pande,hER stepdad's last name.And when Sanam came to audition for DID he said his father passed away in January that year n they are managing somehow.Sanam was doing his BSc in Hindu College then,in Physics.

Or they divorced then her mother remarriage

There is no information about that

My person thinking maybe her bio father died, if her parents divorced & her father alive there is no reason she exchange surname

There her real parents name include

Yep, she is pandey.

Btw, sanam full name is Sanam singh Johar and her mum's name is just kamini singh( ref to rasiya when khusbu wrote kamini johar which was wrong)
