Vivek dahiya in fact was paid much lesser than his co actors Mona Singh and Sara Khan even..infact Arjun bijlani who was brought in later to bring up the trps of the underperforming show up was paid a big sum too...

The fact lies that the show sank much before planned and he was forced to come back to YHM And again play a bit role..no act Or who got 1.5lakh per epi would take up that kind of an assignment...even if it was just to be with his wife or pleas the audiences by making a cameo that most YHM viewers couldn't digest 😕

The economics of tv biz today cannot afford paying a Vivek dahiya the kind of amount on date at least...

It's fine to like an actor/ performer but not right to quote unbelievable info..even divyanka doesn't get paid as much as on date and I have sources in SP who can vouch for that...

Kavach wasn't a 'daily' hence it's a average per week that counts for a episodic but I am aware of the amount Vivek got paid per day for YHM and I know how prudent and stingy Balaji is about paying their actors ...even leads - so pls don't quite from hearsay..

Just my views - and no offence to your like or attachment to the man concerned but pls check info before posting ...

Ps Not a dt fan..

As per Vivek, he enrolled into some UK university in the year 2005 and he's a postgraduate. So, he needed at least 5 years to complete his studies. So, he couldn't do these jobs as a professional while studying, no one can. These jobs are called "white collar odd jobs" here in the UK, in the academic world we call it internships. Some add those to their resumes to make it heavy but these odd job experience isn't something that you boast about as professional experience.

I am currently studying first year finance at Manchester Business School, I know how silly these arguments sound. A business graduate in the field of invest management or business analyst will never switch his/her career for modeling or tv show acting in India even if that person is mediocre in profession. Simply because the pay and social status is way too high. All the business startups, stock markets and a large part of service economy all over the world are controlled by them. Even a modest investment banker earns more than a million pounds here in the UK including base salary and bonuses. No business professional who's good at his/her this high paying job would never leave the job for some uncertain tv career or modeling. So, drop this business analyst cacophony...

@Ps of the ps: You are a dt fan. Why are you guys again making stories ( Using euphemism of lying) to prove your point??! I saw you arguing here with other members about divan, instagram etc etc. So let me get it clear. Isn't your old username Shobha or something, who was a staunch fan of Divyanka and Divan!!...To the extent that, you and your pals used to make fun of Karan and his gf Kamya in the YHM forum quite often. I was busy with my A level studies when Karan announced his engagement with Ankita but I saw you bashing them too on the forum. Now you are a Divek fan I get it but saying you are not a Dt fan is a straight lie. Next time don't lie; and don't argue with people about why they're doing something that you've mastered long ago.
