She just wanted things to end on a good note. That is it. She has her friends outside NB. As far as NB is concerned, she has made true friends-Sana and Deepu and they are hanging out as well. Atleast she doesn't make friends for some selfish reasons.

exactly my pov
I have seen people fighting in marriages but still they r happy in.marriage. marriage brings two people together who r poles apart so.fights r common but that does not mean they donot love each other. living relationships, r piece of cake as compared to marriages
