This week's Nach Baliye's theme is role reverse – what this means is that girls become guys and the guys get to be girls! So the celebrity couple for this week, Yash and Gauri Tonk who were last year's finalists, keeping in line with the theme will perform on Saturday's episode.
"Last year I became a boy in Don's song and it was quite successful. This year we heard that they have role reverse theme this time. So we wanted to perform on the same theme. However at the same time we wanted to try different concept so we selected this old song Taqdeer se bigdi Hui."
"Pappu and Malu had done the choreography for us. They gave us different concepts but we do not want any repetitions. We practiced only for two days and five hours for this. However it went of well and I hope people will like it. People are already expecting a lot from us. We got huge compliments from all like your looking cute boy and Yash is looking like beautiful girl. So let's see how audience will reacts," says Gauri.
Was there any nostalgia being back on the sets?
"I was happy to be back on Nach… I did not perform on the same stage. Last year people started noticing us after our Don's performance which I remembered the most. Nach is very close to us," says Gauri, "It is good to see them all but sometimes as an audience I feel that they do not put their own concepts and only perform on the themes which are given to them. "
"I like Aamir Sanjeeda's few acts and they looked good together. Amita and Karan is our good friends, we always boost them for hard work. I will definitely vote for Karan and Amita. I do not have any favourite couple and I cannot predict whose chances are there. People vote on the basis of hard work, chemistry, performance and it also depends on luck," she adds.
