Update 13th Nov - Page 5

Thanks for the great update.. Wow so the jodi who comes bck get to dance and others just wasted their time.. Woot dats sad.. Well am happy for raja/swetha.. I thought that they were really good in the wildcard round and also from all the other five jodi's so am happy they came up.. Hussian/Tina.. yeahhhppp theyyyyy are the Best.... 😊

And as for the judges don't worry about that, at the end only one couple gets to win. Luck on the final day also plays a role. I know everybody wants to win, and we as fans want out favourites to win too but irrespective of who wins, judges scores will not make the others any less of a dancer than they actually are.

Jodis have proved time and again what they are worth, so now I know that irrespective of the final result, there was someone who I liked best and that will not change with the result..

I am still speechless. Some truly power packed performances....

Words fail me... . can I do a bit of drama on this post and write how they performed. 😳


They both came on stage, looking handsome and beautiful, in lovely costumes, bright smiles on their faces, with full concentration and no words, they come to the centre of the stage, takes out two ribbons each, a black and then a red and they tie the black ribbon first on their eyes and then the red. The Judges look surprised, the audience astounded and I was like .... huh, my mouth wide open for an aircraft to land.

And then the music starts, they hold hands and start..... phew.... what can I say..... they dont fumble at all, standing perfectly in order, moving with grace, no effects of the blindfold on them.....

Just at one place, where they beckon each other with their fingers, I think they missed a teeny weeny step, or should I say, they missed one hand movement, and nothing else, but covered it beautifully.... and then they danced all over the stage and came back, right to centre stage, together, like a completely synchorised performance, without a blindfold. It was as if the blind fold did not affect them at all.

Tina waited to gather her breath and then slowly opened her blindfold to see the reactions of the audience and the Judges, while Hussain was still gathering his breath or should I say, his composure after a very highly emotional performance.

I am not sure but I think it wasn't wasted coz they get to perform it during the grand finale!

😳 Am soooo happy for HUTI 👏 👏 ...they sound really awesomeeee 😉 ...cant wait for the video!! 😃

Wow just reading this, I am getting emotional, wonder how I will actually watch the performance. Thanks for such a detailed analysis of the performance, helps to get thru the wait to watch the video

Thanks. I would like to write on Tanaz Bakhtyaar and Shweta Manav too😳, particularly Shweta Manav.

Fabulous make up, fantastic theme and out of the world performance.

They wore gold make up from their head to possibly chin or neck level. Manav was bare chested😳 with a dancer's (classical) dhoti style of dress. Shweta was similarly dressed in a typical south Indian style of dance dress, in full gold, with gold jewellry, looking like a beautiful apsara......

Their performance is basically to show two statues coming to life with dance, who perform this beautiful dance and go back to being statues. Manav was superlative with his dance, Shweta too... in fact they did not appear as if they had no formal training in dance at all, on the contrary, they looked as if they are trained classical dancers.

The song was beautiful, the mood was very electrifying. perfect chemistry, perfect balance and they were brilliant.

For the first time, I saw them getting their due and I believe the Judges have today sat up and taken notice of these two and their performances. 👏


Saroj ji remarked that Manav did justice to the classical dance and in fact did not let down the names of the great gurus of dances, who have once popularised this form of dance on stage. Shweta has finally gotten rid of her "manly" dancer tag and today acquired the tag of an apsara. She danced with rhythm and grace. Beautiful

I want to say one thing:

Tht I liked manav shweta's performance as well as hussain tina's performance..

Its too difficult to walk one step blindly and they danced.. Wow!!

Tanaz and Bakhtyaar.... what can one say.... when you think they have delivered their best, they come back with another round of dance, concept, design and idea, that blows your mind away.

Brilliantly executed dance, a spoof on themselves, they danced on "I am the best" without making fun of any other or running down their contestants. They were a far cry from the loud dance of Gaurav and Narayani last week, who had a attitude packed dance as well.

Cut outs of all the other contestants on stage, they danced beautifully. Particularly, when the words I am the best comes during the song, they put a finger on their lips making it a very adorable scene. During the last segment of the song, Bakhtyaar forgets to do the step and goes with the flow of the song, when tanaz feigns to hit him and it appeared to be choreographed, when in fact, it was not and that showed amazing screen presence and timing, which is most important on stage. Tanaz did a fab job.
