| When I was 13, I participated in a couple's jazz concert in school. The dance theme was funny, considering I studied in an all-girls school. So, a friend of mine dressed up as man, and joined me in a fun jazz performance. We were relatively relaxed, since it was not a competition, like Nach Baliye 2. The first dance I performed on air with my fiance Arjun, was to Beedi Jalaye Le from Omkara. I found this particular performance very difficult, not only because it was my first, but also because the attitude, clothes and steps were a stark contrast to my personality.
