I am very happy that the two most deserving couples made it to the final, namely ShaJit and MegNam. Hand on my heart, I feel that ShaJit deserve to win. MegNam are good too but when I vote I look for over all consistency in a couple apart from their dancing abilities. It is very unfortunate that ShaJit who have been terrific and highly consistent from day 1 of NB4 did not fare let us say to the expectations of the people at the right time(read the last two performances i.e. solo and MM1) while Naman Megha who have not been that consistent (unfortunately, something or the other went wrong with them always in the beginning) but have picked up and started peaking at the right time (read the last four weeks of NB). Now, is it fair that we forget what all ShaJit have given us through all these weeks and the incredible consistency they showed throughout NB4 (as against MegNam who have been consistent only in the last four weeks of Nach) just because the former's not so good performances( that too only two of them which can be forgiven as it happens with any couple in the long run) came in at the wrong time and MegNam's good performances came in at the right time? I personally was tempted to forget ShaJit's unique and high standard performances like Blind Fold dance, Tap Dance, Dola re, Shadow Dance, Kishore Kumar to name a few because they all happened in the past and not in a solo or Maha Muqabla like MegNam's amazing dances in both of these crucial rounds but then I realized that ShaJit took a huge risk by experimenting till their last breath not caring that this could back fire and land them in a soup. I was wondering what really qualifies as deserving to win a competition? Firing at the right time or being consistent throughout? Should or shouldn't one consider the consistency factor while voting because there are two opponents with equally good dancing capabilities competing?
Having said all this, I hope the best and deserving team wins!
