Chalk and cheese
So, I am generally a very curious person. And seeing all the talks about Bepannah I decided to watch it. Infact I am writing this as I am seeing it.
Before that, let me tell you, I am not a Jennifer winget fan . Rather, the last I saw her was in dil mil gaye, many many years ago. That too a few episodes and well I have seen a bit of harshad in lest right left, and I was still in school back then and not a regular viewer .
Now coming to Bepannah, I couldn't help but compare it to characters in Nk. And I am not going to talk about the star cast because, obviously the star cast they have is all well known in television industry. And are all well established. Much more than people in Nk. And Nk and bepannah are as similar as chalk and cheese.
Now, coming to Zoya, she looks like a sehmi hui, darpok ladki. Who almost is delusional to say the least. Jennifer is a brilliant actress and the dialogues are amazing with delicious urdu words like magroor and baddimag. she is no sherni like avni. But may be that is the whole plot. Her growth into a fire storm. Only complaint - voice too husky. Seems like she is trying to imitate Rani Mukherjee. SORRY. No offense to fans.
Now, coming to the male lead. Let's call him Mr. Hooda, because I can't remember his name. Sorry. Just seen 2 episodes. And he looks like an angry young MCP. Sorry again, don't know his entire character sketch.
I saw a scene, where he pinned Zoya to his car, brutally, after almost hitting her and yet, zoya seems apologetic rather than him. Furthermore, he tells her I make no mistakes, if I had to kill someone , I would have. I couldn't help but compare him to Neil who still believes "ke mein aaj bhi wo Neil Khanna hoo jo ladkiyon pe haath nahi uthata."
The families seem too conflicted too. Father cheats on mother. And the brother is not very friendly with the male lead. The female leads family or in laws hate her. Overall, this was the general picture . They can't be compared to Khanna's at all.
I believe Avni and Neil are such good relatable characters. With immense strength and sensitivity . Only if cvs could see them like I do. Only if Cvs could create a story surrounding them. Only if we had a richer production house. Only if our editors were better. Uff.. Only if the dialogues were better written,the story was better written. Only if...
Neil and Avni are such good characters. Already ready made . Idealistic. Goal worthy. Only if People could see it.
NOTE-
Anyway, I am neither watching Bepannah nor naamkarann anymore. Not bepannah because I don't relate to the characters at all. I detest Mcps. and not NK as I detest the story line, don't.Relate to It at all and somehow don't relate to AvNeil either.
GOSH!! Mythoughty are so haywire right now.
All, I am trying to say with this post is I am saying a good bye to Itv for good. As well as the forum. Sorry guys, I suck at saying goodbye and had to cover it under the other post.
And I know I have made some really good friends in here and I know I have loved every minute of being here, interacting with you all. But this is it for me. I have been trying to do this for a long time now, failing miserably ,but somehow, right now I feel determined .

Lol with what thought I started on with this post and where has it ended? I guess, I just started writing whatever came to my mind but it did reach the point where I have been trying to put all my posts at off late, Subconsciously ,To Say The Least .
