When Neil was high last week...he recognized Avni straightway even with her glasses on...so I think when he sees her face to face he should recognize her. He should have recognized her from behind today...but the writers don't want to let. Them meet now and put an end to the hide Nd seek. Also they didn't show her back to us while she walked away from Neil because we all would say why he can't recognize her .. his blurred images could be because Neil once said he looked for her face before he went to sleep and in his day dreams but he couldn't picture her ...so Neil obviously can't imagine or dream of her clearly ...which is strange ...
