He must not be Pillu

There could be a possibility he would call Avni as Jaan Didi for any reason or he could be smaller in height to appear to be 9 years old...anything could happen in the name of creative liberty or team members may deceive us or things might change later on the instructions of sp...anything

But

Avni clearly mentioned that all these kids are illegitimate like her. Avni will do anything under this sky, but never ever call her own son with Neil illegitimate for even God's sake...she never can!!!

That kind of assures me, he is not pillu!
