This is just a quick one after watching today's episode. I am so pissed at Avni right now so in this Drabble, it's only Neil speaking .. getting his anger and frustration out.
There stood AvNeil in the middle of the beach, hugging each other. They had come face to face after 10 long years.
He thought she left him alone in the world and she walked away from him for his safety.
Realisation dawned upon Neil and he pushed her away! Avni was shocked.
Neil: why, why did you do this? 10 years, 10 life my years .. every day I hated myself cuz I couldn't save you. Every day I cursed myself cuz I couldn't give you the fairytale life that you wanted. Every day I broke from within knowing that you're not with me.
You saw me break yet you kept yourself away. You saw me suffer, you saw me in pain but still you did not return. You were my life, how did you think I'd live without you? I loved you more than myself and you ...
You said I was wrong for sending you jail, what makes you think this action of yours was right?
You've always done what you think is right but who gave you the right to take decisions about my life?!
Why Avni why did you do this?
Neil was completely shattered and dropped to his knees. Avni came running and hugged him but he pushed her away again.
Don't, don't you dare come close to me. I hate you Avni, I hate you.
With this he walked away, leaving a broken Avni in tears.

I want Neil to be angry with Avni when they come face to face. I know Avni will have been living with Neil's memories and the 10 years would have been equally difficult for her but still compared to the pain Neil has gone through, it doesn't compensate for it.
