Actually Vidyut was already waiting for Neil lying on the bonnet of his car on the road and his men surrounded Neil's car therefore Neil and neelama has to get out of the car and the fight sequence took place later and I guess since VR was returning back to Mumbai ullu urf Ballu already informed him we have to assume all this
